Ce condo Studio SPACIEUX NOUVELLEMENT REMODÉ avec lit KING, mobilier de salon / salle à manger, cuisine complète, A / C, 3 ventilateurs de plafond, TV avec lecteur DVD et HDMI, Wi-Fi, salle de bain complète avec douche nouvellement carrelée et patio OCEANFRONT est situé en prime Watergate Villa 16, qui a un accès au premier étage à la piscine BEACHSIDE POOL. Juste fraîchement peint et remodelé pour tous les nouveaux meubles, draps et autres équipements personnalisés à l'hiver 2018.

EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT !!! Aucun passeport américain requis pour l'USVI. Nos condos sont situés là où vous voulez être! Idéalement situé sur la rive sud ensoleillée de St Thomas, près de tout! Charlotte Amalie, Red Hook et d'autres plages en 10 à 15 minutes. Organisez un taxi ou une voiture de location pour vous déplacer.

Notre emplacement en bord de mer à Watergate Villas, plage de Bolongo à St. Thomas est la destination de vacances ultime, avec des températures de plus de 75 degrés toute l'année, de délicieuses brises insulaires et d'excellentes vues en bord de mer sur la baie de Bolongo et ses belles eaux bleu clair, ses cocotiers, son paysage tropical et ses levers de soleil matinaux sur la mer des Caraïbes.

Cette unité spécifique est PRIME OCEANFRONT !!!! Parfait pour un couple ou une petite famille (1-4 personnes). Se promène à la piscine et à la plage!

Pour ceux d'entre vous qui voudront dîner et profiter des vues spectaculaires et de l'intimité de votre condo, il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec les appareils électroménagers et les ustensiles de cuisine que vous avez à la maison, ainsi qu'un patio meublé juste à côté de la cuisine et LR.

La proximité du condo avec la piscine et la plage séduira les clients. Pas besoin d'emballer et de transporter une glacière pour la journée. De la piscine, vous êtes à proximité de votre condo pour des rafraîchissements frais; et à la piscine est un accès direct à la plage et à l'océan. L'emplacement est tout lorsque vous êtes sur vos vacances de rêve, et la villa 16 est la meilleure dans le complexe - PAS de randonnée sur une colline escarpée ou de transpiration dans un parking chaud pour accéder à la piscine ou à la plage !!!! Vous êtes à seulement quelques mètres de la piscine rafraîchissante de cette unité principale.

MEILLEUR EMPLACEMENT: Condominium est situé au centre entre Charlotte Amalie et Red Hook sur la rive sud ensoleillée de St. Thomas. Charlotte Amalie, connue comme la capitale du shopping hors taxes des Caraïbes, est à 10 minutes en voiture à l'ouest, et Red Hook est à seulement 8 minutes en voiture à l'est, où les clients peuvent prendre une personne ou un ferry pour profiter de la belle St. John en seulement 20 minutes.

SE DÉPLACER: Une voiture de location est recommandée pour découvrir les îles de St. Thomas et St. John le plus commodément et économiquement. Les taxis sont également une option pour se déplacer.

S. & ÎLES VIERGES BRITANNIQUES: St. John, USVI est un incontournable et n'est qu'à un court trajet en ferry par personne ou en ferry de Red Hook, St. Thomas (aucun passeport américain nécessaire). First and foremost, this place is called Watergate villa, not Playa Linda. The communication could have been better if the host of this condo states that this is the private condo, not the hotel. And give us better communication of how the room access will be. My boyfriend was waiting outside thinking there is a hotel front desk so that he could look for. I did not fly till 2 days later and I was busy with work so I did not help him right away to get with support team of the app Vbro or Expedia. He finally got in and the room is located at bottom floor of apartment complex, the pool is right outside our unit and Mim's restaurant is just walking distance. The room is old but has enough amenities: microwave and fridge are working so that bring us a breeze. The drainage of the bathroom was filthy with a lot of hair. I felt bad for my bf that had to use it for two days before I arrived. I had to use my hands to clear all of those hair so that water was not overflow to the floor of the bathroom. The stay overall is good but could have been better with facts.

This was exactly what we were looking for! It was a perfect little studio apartment with essentials for the week. We stayed with our little one (brought our own pack and play) and were able to cook some meals in. Breakfast and coffee on the patio was lovely, but watch for the iguanas. They aren't aggressive, but could be quite a shock if you don't see one sneak up for a dropped blueberry or two. This place has the most BEAUTIFUL view! Scott was very responsive when Expedia didn't forward the emails correctly, and he even let us in a little early. I do highly suggest having a car. Other than the 2 restaurants, most things to enjoy on the island are not walkable, including the grocery store. You'll want to visit ALL of the beautiful beaches! There were 2 chairs, a basic cooler, and 3 beach towels to make your beach day a little more enjoyable.

No beach. all rocks. The unit itself Was definitely not up to what I'm used to in. Microwave was wobbling, the coffee Maker wasn't good. The stove was all crooked cabinets were hanging off. Couldn't open drawers in the dresser rusty. I didn't get to see most of the things that I wanted to see because I couldn't get around. I thought i could get taxis to travel. Not true. I would rent a car for sure even though i don't like driving there. Mims restaurant was good right outside my door. Iggis Restaurant in bolongo was good After leaving i found out alot of things i do different. Including staying somewhere nicer and that has an actual beach. I got locked out of my place because the code wouldn't work About an hour. I called the owner of the unit. Then it worked again

Great studio and we loved the location.

Location is about half way between Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie so it was great for seeing other parts of the island. I recommend renting a car for this location unless you just want to stay at the resort for your stay—which you could, if you must want to relax and stay put. The studio was good sized and clean. Bed was comfy, AC was an older unit but worked well. WiFi worked fine for us. Property was pretty quiet with beautiful views. A few issues for us were the slider is heavy and the runners were needing some repair to be able to open and close smoothly, the deadbolt on the door was broken, although we felt safe. The kitchen is not well stocked. There were not even hot pads to use with the oven. The dvd player advertised was not there. If you don’t care for the iguanas to come on your patio you’d want to stay on a higher floor. Ground level they will come up to you and even climbed on our table. Also, there are breezes that come up occasionally that carry the smell of the dump across the bay. It’s not a super strong smell but you can smell it, especially if you’re sensitive to strong odors. Food: groceries are very expensive (even local caught fish) so bring a few spices and favorites from home if you can. Cost U Less was best price for groceries by far but was a ways away. Igge’s at Bolongo Bay was good- we went back twice. Mim’s right in front of the patio is good but very expensive. The best seafood we had was at Caribbean Fish Market. All in All we’d go back.

Wasn't expecting that Iggys was moved...and dive shop closed. Beachfront no longer there. Our condo was great inside but the property is looking a bit worn. Check in and communication was terrific. Comfortable bed, good shower, good AC.

This property is amazing!! So much more than we expected. The views alone are worth booking! You’re 10 steps from the pool, 10 steps from Mims seaside bistro. Wake up to beautiful sunrises over the ocean. We will book this condo every time it’s available!

Property is well maintained. Condo was nicely furnished though comforter and pillow shams weee mot clean and smelled of sweat. This made me uncomfortable. I never sat on the bed cover please consider deep cleanings at least once per months and include bedding.

perfect size little studio for our get away!

We had a lovely week staying here! My husband is a Viet Nam Vet with a few issues that make him not want to go many places, so he did stay behind a lot! He was comfortable there and could go right over to the pool which is steps away while I went around the island with some friends! Mims restaurant is right there but not too loud and does close fairly early … food there is fabulous! I would recommend this little villa.. it’s cute and comfy! The owner is very attentive and does what he can to rectify any issues that might arise! We hope to be back next year!

Great location for scuba diving with St Thomas Dive Center!

PROS: You cannot beat the price of this property, nor the location. This condo is a great value for a comfortable stay right on the ocean. We could walk a few minutes along the beach to St. Thomas Dive Center, dine and/or enjoy cocktails at nearby Mims or Iggies, or prepare a meal at home then dine on the patio overlooking the pool, beach and ocean. Watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning while sipping hot coffee was an absolute delight. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooking dishes, pots and pans, an oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender (especially nice to be able to make some rum drinks at "home"), toaster, strainer, etc. The décor is breezy, clean and nice. The area was quiet and everyone we met was very welcoming. We felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. CONS: The listing stated there is wifi but there really isn't sufficient wifi service to state that, although the manager/owner was very prompt in returning our call, polite and helpful, but we still were unable to access a stable wifi from within the condo. We were able to connect only when outside on the patio. We also did not have hot water when we arrived, but again, he was super helpful and had a new water heater installed the very same day. Impressive and we were grateful! Also the description promised a cooler but we couldn't find one, which was disappointing. Not a big deal, we went to a couple of stores and finally found one at a Kmart for $13. We left this, along with a couple of food storage containers for future guests. The umbrella is broken and after carrying it to the beach and attempting to use it, we gave up and didn't use it again. Some of the kitchen dishes and the cutting board were not fully clean but after a little soap and bleach, we were comfortable using them. OVERALL: We definitely recommend staying here. The condo, pool and grounds were clean overall and enjoyable. The view is AMAZING and the location, especially if you're a scuba diver, is PERFECT! Thank you!

This property is nothing like the pictures. Be warned there is a security guard there at night, but it doesn’t do much. There are random people standing in the parking lot at night by the cars, scary looking people. The room was ocean facing but there is no easy access to the beach. The resort amenities are not post off the deal. The room was nice, but the bed was super uncomfortable. The windows and doors are barred. It would’ve been nice to know this stuff upfront.

My wife and I rented this condominium for six nights. The booking process was very easy, and the owners were always quick to respond. However, certain areas of this property are not as advertised in the listing pictures and description. The stairs to access the beach and beach itself are undergoing heavy construction with signs posted “DANGER –CONSTRUCTION ZONE DO NOT CROSS”. So be aware there is no direct beach access or beach to sit on. Listing pictures 4, 11, and 16 are not advertised adequately and should be updated or removed from the listing to reflect current conditions. The unit itself is nice. Newly renovated bathroom, updated furnishings, and great oceanfront views. However, the shower did have large clumps of hair on the window ledge, so it did not feel very clean when we arrived. The shower water pressure drops significantly if someone is using the kitchen or bathroom sink at the same time. The bed is lumpy, and it might be time for a new mattress. The glass sliding door to the patio is difficult to open and close, and it does not lock properly. You are required to use a wooden stick to lock it at the bottom of the door. If you are staying for three or more nights, do yourself a favor and pickup extra toilet paper (only one additional roll included). I can understand the weak sewer systems, but to set your expectations the toilet water is yellow and did not always flush properly. Do not drink the sink water. We tried renting Kayaks from the Bolongo Bay Beach resort and were told by staff we could not rent unless we were guest at the hotel, but again the description in the listing are misleading making it seem like you have access to these types of rentals. Mims seafood bistro is incredible. Food and drinks are great. We visited Mims almost every night for a beverage and appetizer. As mentioned in other reviews, it does get noisy with Birthday celebrations, etc. so if you are an early bird prepare yourself for noisy chatter until 10pm. The unit Igloo cooler was a nice inclusion, but the wheels are broken. The location of the property is in a central location, but if you are planning to explore the island, renting a car is necessary. Taxicab fairs get way to expensive and are not relatively available for the location. We recommend reserving a car prior to your arrival. Overall, our St. Thomas experience was amazing. Beautiful beaches, great hiking, and we never had a bad meal.

Quiet with great access to scuba shop

We were very comfortable in this villa for a week on the island. Our primary objective was diving, so we really appreciated St. Thomas Diving Club next door. We did have a rental car to reach other locations, and the villa is conveniently halfway between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. If you don't want to cook or drive, there are two restaurants within walking distance. We actually sat on the patio and pretended we were at Mims. The restaurant noise was not as loud as we expected and they close about 9pm. Being steps from the pool, we were also surprised it was not noisy. The interior of the villa is lovely. The bathroom is newly redone and the shower works well. The furnishings are fresh and there is ample storage space. The owner has generously supplied folding chairs, umbrella, noodles, beach toys. The kitchen has most of what you need to cook and serve simple meals. Do be aware the stove and exhaust are old. It is true the wifi only works reliably on the patio. While it would have been nice to have access in the interior, we used a hot spot. The TV works fine (for the little we used it) and there is a DVD player. We found the owner to be very responsive, both before and during our stay. We look forward to staying again and renting other units from him as we bring more family and divers!

Great condo, average location

Overall we loved our stay here! The unit itself was cute and clean and met our needs. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was nice. My only complaint with the actual condo was that some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. In terms of location, it’s pretty far from everything else on the island—grocery store, restaurants, other beaches, etc. I would recommend renting a car because we had planned on taking the open air hop-on-hop-off taxis for $2 or the bus, but those taxis and the bus system don’t go anywhere close to this complex, so we had to take regular taxis which were very expensive. And the beach at Bolongo Bay isn’t quite as spectacular compared to the rest of the beaches on the island. But I did love that this condo was right on the beach, and because this area is a little more secluded, the pool and beach weren’t crowded at all. To clear up some issues in the previous reviews...the blinds are fixed and didn’t give us any problems. There is a restaurant right outside the patio, and they do sing happy birthday sometimes, but it never bothered us. It maybe happened twice in our five nights there. (The restaurant is amazing btw!) The wifi was supposed to work in the kitchen but it only worked out on the patio. A little frustrating but we survived. The condo also has a few items in the closet that were really nice to have: pool chairs, a cooler, beach toys, beach towels, DVDs, etc.

We chose this unit because we wanted an oceanfront experience, however the vertical blinds were broken (in the closed position), the sliding screen door did not slide, and there was an outdoor restaurant blocking our view of the ocean. The restaurant was within a few yards and directly in front of our outdoor patio, and the patrons were loud. On average, we heard 5 very loud happy birthdays per night. Yes, we counted because it became so absurd! There was no response from the owners when we attempted to get help with the blinds. And to access this ground floor unit there are three sets of stairs and no elevator. The internet could not be accessed inside the unit. This is a unit where the picture was highly deceptive of the entire experience. We will not be returning!

Beautiful location

Just rent it! Unit is exactly as described (which is not always the case!). Very clean, tasteful and not over the top. Although this is a studio unit, there is also a good sized closet to stash suitcases, shoes, etc so that the unit does not get overwhelmed with 'stuff'. Unit for a studio is very spacious and direct view of the bay with constant sea breezes and a patio with a table/2 chairs. Galley kitchen with stove, sink, full fridge/freezer, as well as toaster, Mr Coffee type coffee pot, blender, utensils, pans. The bathroom is also adequate size AND CLEAN!! Towels provided were nice quality as well. There were also beach towels, snorkels, masks available for use. Few negatives but know before you go that the wifi is non-existent in most of the unit. It does work in the kitchen area and that was it. Owners have included that in their listing so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. Just know that they are NOT kidding. This would not make a good unit if you are planning on doing any significant internet work BUT AT&T cell/data service on the island is really good and it is all considered 'domestic' if you're traveling from the states. The unit is ground level very near the pool. There are however flights of stairs to negotiate, so not exactly a 'walk in' unit. We did experience a guest with small, rambunctious little ones who went to the pool EARLY one morning. This is not something that the owners can control. Otherwise there were no issues with the pool patrons.The pool and area around it are very clean and nicely landscaped. Plenty of lounge chairs available poolside as well. There is a restaurant /bar onsite (Mim's- also just a few yards from the room) that does a nice dinner. They were not doing lunch. Although there seemed to be people celebrating every evening, it had always calmed down by 9 or 10 pm. Iggies restaurant/bar just a 5-10 minute walk down the beach does 3 meals and is less expensive. Nightly music (you won't hear this in the unit btw). Other restaurants just down the road in Red Hook along with groceries. Laundry onsite. This is one of few units with tasteful security bars on windows/patio door. You won't really notice them but do make the unit more secure. The water is beautiful but still a lot of erosion after the hurricanes. You will need water shoes to really use this 'beach' (still very beautiful tho!). Overall, if you're thinking of renting this unit-DO IT. It is very lovely and overall a peaceful spot.

I have been going to St Thomas since the 1990's. I enjoyed this property and all it includes. Two walking restaurants, music and fun folks around. The unit was clean and ready to move into to enjoy my time on island. Close to many other places you will want to see while visiting. It was exactly what I expected and I truly enjoyed relaxing on and off the property. I highly recommend any of Mr and & Mrs's Browning's units.

Great amenities

This property was clean & fresh everywhere! I'm talking the shelves inside kitchen cabinets, inside the kitchen drawers, even under the furniture!! Well stocked kitchen. Very thoughtful to include snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, and cooler. Super location for access to the pool and Mim's. The restaurant was never too loud, too late.
