Summary:
Welcome to our West Fargo Townhouse! We're located just blocks from 13th Ave's shopping and activities and close to the Fairgrounds as well. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a two stall attached garage there's plenty of room to make this your family's home base while you're in the FM Area.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house for the duration of their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a residential neighborhood with many other homes like it. We are two blocks off of 13th Ave, one of West Fargo's busiest shopping districts.

Getting Around:
We recommend bringing a car and parking in the garage or driveway for the home. With the two stall garage and driveway in front, you should be able to fit 4 cars comfortably. There is additional parking on the street, but it is first come first served and shared with all of our neighbors.

Interaction with Guests:
Your host, Noah, is available via call, text, and message before and during your stay.

Comfortable home to relax in for the night

We were only here one night as we were apartment hunting in the area, but we enjoyed our stay. It was great to have enough space for everyone to have a room (with comfortable beds), a well equipped kitchen to make breakfast in, and a comfortable gathering area to congregate and discuss the day and watch a little TV to wind down. The property was very clean, check in effortless, and contact before and after the stay very positive, so I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Beautiful & Spacious Townhome!

This townhome is a 10/10. Our family stayed here when we visited Fargo for a family wedding. The place is great--three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two family rooms! The townhome was very neat and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great as well. We will definitely stay here again on another trip to Fargo!

Fargo wedding

Everything was great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for communication is that VRBO was not able to allow me to contact the host - which I usually can - and that the final property access information was not transmitted until the day before. This is normally OK but since I couldn't determine if the booking was in the system it got me very worried. I think this is a VRBO problem not the host's problem. Although I like to hear back from the host the moment I make the booking which I did not in this case. Paul

I truly enjoyed my stay in this 3-bedroom home. It was very clean and well-appointed. All appliances worked well. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. the bedrooms were inviting and cozy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The attached garage was accessable. The balcony/patio was comfortable. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. I really liked how I was given the door lock entry and exit instructions in an easy and succinct manner. My instructions on what was expected of me upon terminating my stay were easy, reasonable, and few in number. I wholeheartedly will return to this very home upon my return to West Fargo.

Townhouse was very spacious, clean and well maintained. We rented it for 5 guests and had more than enough room. Only suggestion I have is to have outside light on by front door. Since we were unable to check in early it was well after dark when we arrived and front sidewalk and entrance were dark and difficult to see.
