One of a kind property near the heart of downtown Crystal River that's perfect for family gatherings, large group celebrations, and multi-family vacations. Enjoy your secluded estate with over 10 acres of private space including 7 bedrooms, 5 full baths, screened pool (unheated) with outdoor kitchen, tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball hoop, and game room with wooden bar and pool table. Expansive grounds feature stocked ponds for your fishing enjoyment, arched bridge over ponds leading to island gazebo, fountains, and plenty of nature views to enjoy during your stay. Plenty of parking for boats and RV. House is across the road from the Plantation Inn Golf Course with 500 ft view of 6th & 7th green, and allow for convenient walking/golf cart/ bike to downtown Crystal River.

We absolutely loved our stay. Group of 10. Spent the week in the pool and fishing. The host are lovely. We had no issues and the home was clean when we got here. Tower fans in most bedrooms, a huge plus.

My family had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The estate is absolutely beautiful—exceptionally spacious, with a calm, elegant atmosphere and thoughtfully appointed holiday décor. The tall, beautifully decorated Christmas tree added a warm, festive touch. The kitchen was a true highlight and exceptionally well equipped, with everything needed to host a lovely meal, including ample platters, serving bowls, and entertaining pieces. The large living room, game room, TV room, and outdoor lanai offered ideal spaces to gather together while also making it easy to enjoy quiet moments apart. Robyn and Steve were warm, attentive, and consistently responsive, ensuring the stay felt seamless from start to finish. The location is excellent, with shopping, dining, and grocery stores close by, and we enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already made plans to return next year. Thank you, Robyn and Steve, for a truly memorable holiday.

The house was so big and spacious. Grandboys loved the game room, the pool and fishing in the ponds. Kitchen is well equipped for everything we needed. Close to several areas we wanted to see. We went to Three Sisters Springs and played in the most beautiful clear water. We saw one Manatee and Dolphins, as well as alligators. Robyn and Steve were wonderful and so helpful. They were available for anything we needed or had questions. We hope to go back again!!

Family reunion

Great time and stay at this beautiful plantation home for our family reunion. Clean and well kept and an overall great experience. In a perfect world which we don’t live in it would have been nice to have the pool heated coming from South Florida the water was a little chilly but other than that again a great time was had by all.

Perfect house for large groups

WOW! Look no further for a place to host a family reunion or large group of friends. The house is immaculately appointed with several areas to gather so that everyone feels like they have space to relax. Bedrooms and bathrooms galore. The grounds are a delight as well…tennis, pool, and relaxing lakes. Wildlife abounds. Conveniently located to all the fun things to do in Crystal River. Robyn and Steve are perfect hosts that cannot do enough to make your stay memorable and carefree. We’d return again and again!

Private wedding

Our family stayed for a total of 5 days and I wish we could've stayed longer! We booked this location for a small, private family get together and it was absolutely perfect. There is plenty of space to entertain. The kitchen is well stocked and even had extra serving platters and other miscellaneous party items. Lots of wildlife to watch and the kids enjoyed feeding and catching the fish. Quiet location with tons of room. Our hosts were so quick to answer any questions we had and kept in contact with us. Just an overall wonderful stay! Thank you so much!

The Plantation House was perfect for our extra large family vacation!!! We felt very welcomed from the moment we entered and read a personal note accompanied by a nice bottle of wine. We had everything we needed for cooking family meals every night and the necessary extra refrigerator. The beautiful and well kept pool as well as the stocked game room kept us entertained at home when we weren’t enjoying the local attractions! My personal favorite was the “FREE” kayak club. One morning we went on the 8:00 launch and paddled to 3 Sisters Spring. I have been there many times, but never alone in the Spring early in the morning. The beauty, tranquility and wildlife viewing was simply amazing! Robyn and Steve were the best hosts we have ever encountered through VRBO and I truly appreciate their attention to their guests and property. The house and property are spacious, clean and beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with our vacation 2025 house! Thank you very much Robyn and Steve.

The Wedding of our dreams

We would like to say that the waterfront plantain estate was absolutely amazing! Steve and Robyn were amazing host and were there for us no matter what we needed. They knew we were celebrating our special day there and even suprised us with a wedding gift when we arrived on the property! There was enough room for our whole wedding party to stay and enjoy themselves. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our wedding. There were so many places to take breathtaking photos as well. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay with family and friends. It was worth every penny! Thank you so much Steven and Robyn for allowing us to have our wedding here we are so grateful for everything you did and the amazing communication we had with you throughout the months of planning for this!

Great stay, wonderful house!

Our inter-generational family was looking for a beautiful property with great communal spaces, separate family bedrooms and lots to do on site. This was it! Our group especially enjoyed cooking, eating and talking together in the spacious kitchen, and loved playing pickleball. The pool table and baby football table were a hit, too. Everyone spent some time around the pool at different moments. Some even swam in the chilly water! The children were delighted to go barefoot into the pond up to their ankles and catch (and release) the little guppies. The living room was great for reading stories. The older folks were happy to sit on the benches overlooking the ponds to read or watch the birds. We all enjoyed the seclusion and beauty of this wonderful property!
