Let your dream waterfront vacation become a reality when you book a stay at this luxury home! Sunnybrook is located on a wide, tranquil canal just minutes from the Gulf. Your sun-filled days of adventure await!

This luxury waterfront home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, two screened-in balconies, and a stunning third-story master suite with a private balcony — all offering beautiful waterfront views. Enjoy scenic outdoor dining in the fresh coastal breeze or under the moonlight.

The home also offers a private dock, so yes — bring your boat! Or simply relax beside the water with a glass of wine while admiring the fish and manatees swimming by.

Several kayaks are available for guest use, and we also provide life jackets and whistles. Several bicycles are available for guests to enjoy riding around the tranquil neighborhood. Please note: Guests must bring their own helmets.

THE PROPERTY

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious 2,136-square-foot luxury getaway. Sunnybrook has everything you need to vacation in style.

The property features over 100 feet of seawall, a private dock, fishing station, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the water. There are flat-screen Smart TVs throughout the home, along with an electric fireplace for cooler evenings.

The second story of this luxury waterfront home offers a bright and open living room with tall ceilings, large windows, and glass French doors leading to both screened-in patios — allowing for tons of natural light.

The gourmet kitchen features wraparound quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a JennAir gas grill, double wall ovens, and a blender for crafting the perfect frozen drink. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, with plenty of dining space for you and your guests.

What a spectacular property! I am a bit picky when it comes to STR's and this one met/exceeded my expectations. Master was big, there are places to hang towels (pet peave) water pressure was great, Kitchen was equiped, Tons of kitchen tools, seating was comfortable, outdoor screened spaces (2) were great. Sit by the water in a couple difference environments. Great house. Grannies was a good place to eat breakfast, several seafood places in town. We were there to scuba dive and see the Mantatees. We dove Rainbow river (good tubing too), Blue Groto, and Devils den. Charity was great as a host. we even left something there and she was overly helpful in figuring out how to get it returned! I would go back!!!! I like to reward people that treat people well and provide a good product by telling others about them.... You will enjoy the space.

We had a wonderful stay at Dixie Shores and couldn’t have asked for a better host than Charity. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.Charity clearly takes pride in making sure her guests feel welcome and cared for, and it really shows in the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The location was great, the check-in process was smooth, and our entire experience was stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful place with an outstanding host!

A beautiful place on the water. Beds were comfortable. Enough space for all 6 of us in the common areas. Grilling was a great set up with a covered area and everything needed included. Very clean. Every type of storage containers for left overs, lots of options for pots-pans, baking, literally a stocked kitchen. Cleaning supplies provided. Loved all the outdoor areas. Spent every morning and evening on screened in porch. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Check in and out was the most laid back I’ve had from a host. I can’t complain about anything. If I had one critique I would say it was the lack of recommendations and boating directions to get our boat to the dock in the back. We’ve stayed at other verbos and anytime a dock is advertised, they’ve provided directions and listed gas fuel ups and areas to travel to by boat as much as what it can do by car. We did ask this of the host and she provided a few options for boat launches in the areas which was helpful. Other than that-this was a lovely place with great communication. I would 100% recommend and stay here again but I won’t because I really missed my puppy and this is a strict no dog place.

Crystal River stay

Super clean, well appointed home. Very convenient to water and boat dock was super for tie up. We are somewhat local, and this worked for a weekend get away to get the new boat in the water.
