Ceci est notre 5Úme maison sur VRBO. Une maison à un seul étage à l'emplacement idéal avec une vue d'un million de dollars. Cette maison a été entiÚrement rénovée.

Il s'agit d'une propriété récemment rénovée, dotée d'un million de dollars, offrant l'une des meilleures vues de Crystal River. Situé directement sur la riviÚre principale, avec l'une des meilleures vues disponibles.

Cette maison est une seule histoire avec 4 chambres complÚtes et 3 salles de bains. Une des chambres a des lits superposés en taille réelle rendant cette maison parfaite pour les familles et les enfants. La maison a un bordereau de bateau qui peut contenir votre bateau avec les kayaks qui viennent avec la maison. Une table de baby-foot, un trou à maïs et des jeux de société offrent encore plus de plaisir sur la riviÚre.

C’est Ă©galement l’endroit idĂ©al pour faire des festins, observer les lamantins, visiter la source des Trois SƓurs ou simplement se dĂ©tendre sur le mur de la mer en regardant passer les bateaux. À quelques minutes du club de golf Plantation. PossĂšde un bordereau de bateau, deux kayaks et un paddle-board pour les jeunes afin que vous puissiez partir directement de la maison.

The house was absolutely perfect! So clean and so spacious. The location could not have been better. Our boat tours were even able to pick up and drop off from the house. We already want to go back!

Awesome Stay-cation!

Amazing weekend getaway was what we needed! There were dolphins swimming right at the dock--in the backyard!! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Pilot Point Family Vacay

Beautiful views with morning visits from manatees and eagles! Our time spent on Pilot point was relaxing and peaceful. The grandmothers loved the fishing from the dock and enjoyed our family time. A memorable stay for sure.

We had a great time. We had eight adults and two boats. Couldn't have been any easier. Convenient location and site had everything you could ever need. Beautiful views. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing and clean!

A lovely home, just as described. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful view and great fishing. We loved the hammock, corn hole, and giant Jenga. We would stay here again when back in the area

Home is completely renovated & updated. Water views incredible. Beds comfortable & kitchen well-stocked. ONLY negative is air could not be turned below 72 and two bedrooms did not have fans.

Great place to stay


This is an excellent place for those that love being waterfront and in a home that has ample room for a large family. From easy access to the Gulf for fishing to paddle boarding and fishing off the dock, our family had a great time. The whole process was easy and the communication with the home owner was very easy and accommodative. We will definitely visit again.

Amazing View

We enjoyed a family vacation where we enjoyed the gorgeous waterfront. Only issue was the weather being cold but we built a nice fire in the pit and roasted marshmallows! :)

Crystal River Gem

Our family came together for a three night getaway and this home was the perfect location for us. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen and ample seating to sit and enjoy meals together. Outdoors, we enjoyed the sunsets, fire pit, and lots of fishing right from the backyard! This home is so clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location is peaceful. The owner is easy to communicate with and worked so hard to have this property ready for us. We are grateful for the hospitality!

Wonderful Christmas vacation

We had a great time over the Christmas holidays at this Wonderful home in Crystal River. The home is well equipped with anything you would need and has fantastic views of the water. Renting a boat is made easy at this home with your own boat dock. The property manager was fantastic and responsive if needed and even put up a Christmas tree for us for the holidays! If we travel to Crystal River again, we will definitely stay here again!

Stunning Riverview Home!

What an outstanding view of the river! Beautiful open and spacious floor plan that is tastefully decorated and not crowded with too much stuff. Very comfortable beds and ample closet space. Wow! Did I mention the VIEW! We were all thrilled with our stay and would love to have an opportunity to visit again. Love it!

Incredible views and super clean, comfortable home

The photos in the listing cannot do justice to the amazing views from all the common areas and the backyard of this riverfront home. Not only that, but the house itself is even more spacious, open, and uncluttered than the photos show. It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The kayaking from the dock was easy and fun even for my eight year old, despite the wake from motor boats further out in the river. Trip into town for supplies was quick and there's plenty to keep you busy. Highest recommendation!

Beautiful property perfect place to relax and unwind

What a great property! Our family needed a little break from the day to day so we came up from South Florida to get away for a few days. The house was very clean and well maintained. The outside area and view was amazing. It was great to have the kayaks and paddle board we took advantage of those when the weather allowed. We did have to contact the owner about the a/c panel not working and they responded right away and got someone out to fix it within 24 hours. Things happen and that we understand I just mention it to assure future guests that if there is a problem the owner is VERY responsive.

Beautiful Waterfront Home

Justin's home was gorgeous. Spotless, modern, spacious and comfortable for 8 of us friends with two kids. The outdoor space with grill and adirondacks and expansive view of the bay was divine. Even the indoor living/dining rooms had massive waterfront views! We dropped our boat at Pete's Pier, which is less than 1 mile away from the home where we tied up to his whips. Justin was kind enough to take the time to call us to talk us through some of the shallow spots to watch out for in the bay. Very nice guy! His home is minutes away to the spring heads, and about 45 minutes out to the scallop grounds. Large driveway fit our trailer with ease. We also enjoyed the kayaks and SUP he had for us in the garage. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Great location!

The house is in a great location- love the water in back yard and we drove a rental boat up to the dock, that was very nice! The sofa is comfortable, the bed was comfortable, TV worked well! Kitchen was a bit scarce on essentials- like pasta strainer, cutting board, etc... Kitchen Drawers were dirty and utensils were just thrown in. Many of the utensils looked dirty. Hot pads were dirty with someone’s food, and master bath rug had toothpaste stuck to it - I washed them all! Towels were very old and just enough - no extras! But even with these issues I’d prob rent again because of the positives and location was great!

Gorgeous views. Great property

We stayed here for a kayaking week with the kids. It was clean and right on the water. We got quite a workout getting to the springs from here but if you have a boat, it's perfect. Water was choppy the whole time we were there so couldn't swim off the dock. I would recommend this property for someone with a boat. I'm sure it's a great scalloping stay when in season. Having the 2 kayaks saved us money when renting for the whole family. The only complaint that I have is that there were very few towels and many of them were old and stained. A few smelled like cigarette smoke. Could have been from the people who stayed before us. We were just a little surprised that such a clean, newly remodeled vacation home would supply towels that were so stained. We did find some newer towels in a closet, but we washed all of them before using. It was a minor issue and did not take away from the vacation at all.

Amazing View and Property!

The house is very spacious and very clean. The back patio is beautiful, and the dock was perfect for our boat! The sunsets were gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Trip

We had a nice trip! Our group was two families. Bunk bed room worked well for the kids. We brought out boat and kept it at the dock out back. River view is very nice! House is older construction but clean.

Gorgeous Waterfront Property

The view was amazing and house was perfect for a large family group. The backyard was great and had plenty of room for the two boats we brought. The proponerte was very clean and had lots of essentials (tp, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, etc) The neighbor Russell was also very friendly and helpful and gave us the insight on where to find the scallops on our second day. We loved it and will visit again.
