Magnifiquement rénové 4 lit, 4. 5 ranch de bain sur Crystal River a un projeté dans la piscine d'eau salée chauffée et 2 quais pour bateaux.

La chambre principale offre un lit queen size, coin salon, salle de bain principale privée avec baignoire, walk-in, kitchenette avec cuisinière à gaz et un grand réfrigérateur et d'une télévision à écran plat. Coin salon s'ouvre à la projection dans la piscine et une vue imprenable sur la rivière.

Le deuxième maître offre un lit Queen Size, salle de bain principale joint, walk-in et TV à écran plat. Le deuxième maître s'ouvre également à la projection dans la piscine.

Chambre 3 et 4 comprennent un grand lit et un lit Queen dans chacune, Walk In Closets, 30 'TV et une salle de bain partagée Jack & Jill avec baignoire.

La cuisine spacieuse et rénovée est le paradis d'un chef. Comptoirs en granite, table de cuisson à gaz 5 brûleurs, espace de préparation des îlots et sièges. Réfrigérateur côte à côte surdimensionné et machine à glaçons séparée pour vos sorties de pêche! Adjacent salle à manger avec de nombreux sièges pour 6 et un bar.

The house was beautiful with such a wonderful river setting. Big open floor plan, perfect for family gathering. From the main area of the house you could see the pool and on out to the river.The host Chris was very attentive with answering questions prior to our arrival and answered a call we had to make to him after arriving, willingly helping to resolve a small problem quickly. The kayaks could use some attention, we were able to use them but we had to clean them up and they had no seats in them anymore, also the paddle board takes on water.

The view and back patio/ boat docks were the highlight of this house and everything we hoped for!! The house was also stocked and maintained very well. Beds were comfortable, linens were good quality and the industrial sized ice machine was an added bonus and necessity!! Highly recommend and would stay here again!!

Great Location and Property

We had a fantastic stay! Location was perfect for accessing the gulf, springs, and restaurants by boat. The kids loved the pool and water toys and the accommodations were just as described. Highly recommend!

The house was great. The house is perfect for a large group with plenty of living, sleeping and outdoor space. The outdoor living is perfect with the pool and crystal river in your backyard. Nice, spacious property on the water

Large open spaces, several room and bathroom options. Screened in pool area, grill, and firepit made for a great outdoor experience on the water. Close to town to grab anything you need.

Perfect Vacation

I can’t say enough good things about this location. From the warm, friendly communication with the property owner, to the spectacular views, to a very well stocked house, this vacation far exceeded our expectations for our scalloping trip. With a boat ramp nearby and a close proximity to exiting the channel out to the grounds, this is a great place to stay with your boat. I would highly recommend this location to any and all of my friends interested in staying in Crystal River. Thank you Chris for the opportunity and wonderful experience!

Spring break vacation

This is our second stay at this home. We all found the stay very relaxing. The kids enjoyed the heated pool every day. Always something to do: fishing off dock, catching blue crabs, kayaks (life jackets too) were a plus, relaxing evening around the bon fire. Chris our host was wonderful.

Great Home

Chris was a great host. Communication was easy. House is spacious and very clean. Pool and amenities are fabulous. My only suggestion is to consider putting a more permanent door to the bunk room The screen provided did create privacy but doesn't block any sounds of the home into that space. Loved staying in the home.

Manatee Manor on Crystal River was Awesome!!!

We had been to the Beach and were heading north... but wanted to spend a few more days in Florida. Found Manatee Manor and loved it!!! There were only 3 of us and this home is HUGE!!! Could easily accommodate a large family or group! The neighborhood was quiet and nice, the view over the river was Amazing and the Pool was PERFECT!!! The home has everything you might need for a short or extended stay. It is conveniently located near Three Sisters Springs which we LOVED and would recommend. We have also been to Homosassa Springs and would recommend that as well! This is a Beautiful Home, Great Quiet Location and definitely recommend!!

Holiday Family Gathering

Perfect home for our Family. Newly renovated home that had everything we needed. Very well laid out home for all of our guest. We enjoyed the heated pool and patio. We were also able to relax by the firepit with our entire family. The dock worked great for us to use our boat and enjoyed exploring and seeing the manatees. We were able to watch the Christmas boat parade from the back patio. The host was very informative and answered all of our questions.I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing home

Amazing home with an amazing view. Plenty of room for our large group. Super convenient to boat ramp and grocery shopping. Owner and property manager very attentive and accommodating during our recent stay when Hurricane Debby made a brief visit. Love this home!

The home is in a great neighborhood with good waterfront accommodations for boats. It was a cold snap and we very much enjoyed the fire pit ( a pleasant surprise that wasn’t apparent from the listing )

Amazing house and location

This house was perfect for our large group! So much space inside and out. Great kitchen area and kids/teen space. Pool was a great way to relax after being out all day scalloping. Loved everything about this house and its location.

This house is amazing.

We loved this house. It was well maintained and very clean. Our children were thrilled with the fishing opportunities and the kayaks. Communication with owner was great. We give this house 5 stars in all areas.

This gorgeous house was perfect with plenty of space!! If you are looking for a house for a gathering, this is definitely the place! The pictures don’t do it justice! We all had a fabulous time and even booked this house again for next year. I highly recommend booking and the owner had great communication too!

Amazing home for large group

We had four generations of family with us on this trip and the home worked perfectly for us. Everyone had their own bathroom and the extra large dining room table meant we could all sit and eat together. The pool was so warm and we went down 10 minutes down the road to Fort Island beach to watch the sunsets. ALL the beds were very comfortable and having three thermostats in the home meant everyone was very comfortable in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Perfect house !

This home is amazing. We were fortunate to spend Thanksgiving week here and this house is perfect. Chris was great to work with and made sure our stay was everything it should be. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very clean. The heated pool was great and very warm……warmer then any pool we have ever had with a rental. We had manatees at the dock every day and enjoyed fishing off the 2 docks and kayaking.

We live close in Ocala and have always loved Crystal River. This is a property that definitely requires enjoyment so we decided to share it with others since we can't be here full time. We have another home on same road very close to this one and love the neighborhood.

I love large gatherings in this home as it offers private sleeping space for everyone but a large open floor plan for larger group gatherings. The kids have options for bumper pool, air hockey and their own 55' tv for movies in the second living room all while still being close to adults and the center of the house. The river location allows quick and easy access to Three Sisters or the Gulf without the need to time the tides.
