Waterfront Crystal River 5BR retreat built for families, groups, boating, fishing, manatee season, and scalloping trips. Sleeps 11 with two kitchens, elevator, balconies, arcade/game room, ping pong, air hockey, darts, board games, pool and hot tub. Outside enjoy the private dock, boat and jet ski lifts, tiki bar, gas fire pit, putting green, cornhole, swings, lounge seating, and dog-friendly turf area. Close to manatee tours, fishing, springs, restaurants, and the best of the Nature Coast.
This three-level waterfront home is designed for families, groups, boating trips, scalloping weekends, manatee season, and relaxing on the water. The home has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 11 in beds, with a king primary suite, multiple queen bedrooms, and a queen/twin bunk setup.
The ground floor is built for entertainment and group hangouts. It includes a bedroom, full bathroom, bar kitchen, and large game room with ping pong, arcade games, Golden Tee, Big Buck Hunter, Pac-Man, NBA Jam, Fast & Furious, darts, board games, 3 Tv`s, and a jumbotron for watching multiple games or shows at once. The bar kitchen includes an ice maker, dishwasher, sink, microwave, air fryer, cookware, cups, and extra space for snacks, drinks, and casual meals.
The main floor includes the primary living area, full kitchen, dining space, half bath, laundry area, and master suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, microwave, coffee setup, cookware, serving pieces, and everything needed for group meals. The living room has comfortable seating, a fireplace, TV, desk area, and sliding doors that open to the porch. The master suite includes a large bathroom with two vanities, walk-in shower with two shower heads, soaking tub, separate toilet room, closet space, and balcony access.
The third floor includes additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and balconies. Two side bedrooms each have their own bathrooms with walk-in showers, and the middle bunk room is a great space for kids. There is also a third-story balcony with beautiful views.
The outdoor space is one of the best parts of the property. Guests can enjoy the waterfront setting, private dock, boat lift, jet ski lift, dip pool, hot tub, tiki bar, gas fire pit, putting green, cornhole, swings, lounge seating, balconies, and dog-friendly artificial turf area with bags, trash can, and hose.
A 3-story elevator is available for guests who need assistance with stairs and for moving luggage or groceries between floors. For safety, the elevator is limited to two people at a time, all elevator doors must be fully closed before it will move, and children may not use the elevator without adult supervision.
The home is close to manatee tours, fishing, scalloping, boating, springs, restaurants, and the best of Crystal River and Florida’s Nature Coast.
Guests have access to the full home, driveway parking, outdoor living areas, balconies, pool, hot tub, dock, game room, bar kitchen, tiki bar, fire pit, putting green, dog turf area, and waterfront spaces.
Guests may use the elevator for accessibility needs and for moving luggage or groceries between floors. It is limited to two people at a time and must not be used for play. Children may only use it with adult supervision. Guest may use the washer and dryer, full kitchen, bar kitchen, and entertainment areas including ping pong, arcade games, darts, board games, and the jumbo 4-TV wall.
The converted ground-floor game room is available for guest use, but it is not available for vehicle parking.
Guests have access to the full home and outdoor amenities, except for three locked owner/storage areas: one owner closet in the master bedroom, one downstairs storage room, and one downstairs storage closet. These areas are used for owner supplies, cleaning inventory, and maintenance items and are not available for guest use.
Boat lift and jet ski lift use may be available, but guests must follow the provided instructions carefully. The lift controls must be operated correctly to avoid misalignment or damage.
We want guests to have a smooth, private, and relaxing stay. Self check-in is available through the smart lock, and detailed arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.

This is a waterfront home with a pool, hot tub, balconies, dock, boat lift, and jet ski lift. Children and pets should be supervised at all times near the water, pool, dock, lifts, stairs, elevator, and balconies.
The home is on a tidal canal with dock access. Water depth can vary, especially around low tide and during winter tide patterns. We recommend boats 27 feet or less, and guests should check tide charts before arriving, departing, or using the canal. Guests are responsible for confirming their boat’s draft and safe clearance.
The elevator is available for guests who need assistance with stairs and for moving luggage or groceries between floors. It is not intended for play or unnecessary repeated use. For safety, the elevator is limited to two people at a time, children must be supervised, and all elevator doors must be fully closed on every floor before it will move. If the elevator does not move, please check that every elevator door is fully closed.
The pool heater takes time to warm up, so please plan ahead if you would like the pool heated.
Dogs are welcome. Please clean up after pets using the provided dog bags, turf area, hose, and outdoor trash can.
The ground floor mini-split remote must be pointed directly at the unit when adjusting the temperature.
Only the middle sliding doors on the ground floor currently open. The side sliding doors are not operational.

As with many waterfront homes in Florida, mosquitoes and no-see-ums can be present, especially around dawn, dusk, and after rain. We provide bug spray at the house and recommend bringing your preferred repellent so you can enjoy the outdoor spaces comfortably.
Exterior security cameras are located outside the property for guest safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.
