This Encinitas beach home has 2 bedrooms, onsite washer and dryer, multiple smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities.

All within blocks of an endless selection of restaurants and bars.

This Space
Bed/Bath Set Up: Sleeps 5 ( pack n play available).

Bedroom #1: (Main level) King Bed, Sleeps 2.

sitting area for kids, Smart TV, Door connects to Bedroom #1, as well as its own entrance.

Bedroom #3: (Downstairs) Queen size bed, Sleeps 2.

There are 2 bathrooms in the house. One is upstairs and one is downstairs.


Outdoor area:
Relax in the shade or soak in the sun lounging around! Enjoy the outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and outside bar.

Washer/Dryer on the lower level of home.

Living Areas:
Enjoy the comforts of home in our inviting living space equipped with Big Screen TV. Please no food or drink in the living area.

Kitchen/Dining Area - Dining room table located next to Kitchen. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking and serving your favorite meals.

Additional House Rules
This is a family friendly neighborhood, please respect the surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours between 9pm-9am.

No smoking-$500 fine

No partying-$1000 fine and immediate eviction

No pets

No guests permitted on the property that are not on the original reservation.

Music must be at a low volume outside and no music with profanity.

Please be respectful of our neighbors when outside.

Must be 25 and up to book.


Trash needs to go out to the Alley on Thursday night, for Friday morning pickup

The home can fit 1 car in garage and 2 cars on the driveway.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

-Thanksgiving Eve & Thanksgiving Day
-Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
-New Years Eve & New Years Day
