Belle maison double maître sur Grandview Street à Encinitas. Magnifique maison de 2 étages au coeur de Leucadia sur la plage de Grandview. Cette maison dispose d'une cuisine, d'un salon et d'un coin petit-déjeuner magnifiquement améliorés. Belle double maître, 1/2 salle de bain supplémentaire, douche extérieure chauffée, grande cour avec bain à remous privé, palapa tropicale et barbecue. 2 places de parking et buanderie. Draps, serviettes et cuisine entièrement équipée. Présentez-vous!

La plage est juste devant votre porte. Il est joliment meublé avec tout ce qui est haut de gamme ... Super privé et l'emplacement est imbattable.

Loved how close this property was to the beach. My daughter was absolutely thrilled being able to walk the beach daily. Would stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this townhome and we love it. It is perfect for our family and is very comfortable with close proximity to the beach and a few restaurants. We are cyclists so we also enjoyed riding into downtown Encinitas. We hope to come back again!

Close to the beach

Great location near the beach. Good parking and access. Good value for the price. Some of the furnishings are a bit worn but overall a nice stay!

Perfect, relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved sitting out in the backyard in the evenings enjoying the cooler temps (we are from AZ) and really enjoyed getting out of the heat. Loved the dual Master suites. The property was as advertised and had everything we needed!

Great spot!

We loved this place! The backyard was so wonderful to just relax in at the end of the day with our dogs! Super comfortable and cozy. It is in a great location to walk to the beach and shops and restaurants! Such a great place. We will be back!

Pleasant house and yard

Comfortable house with pleasant outdoor area. Somewhat in need of updating. Carpeting and furniture are old. Carpets were not really clean. Convenient to Encinitas shops and Carlsbad.

Great outdoor patio, comfortable sheets pillows and linens and beds. Large rooms and great location for walking or riding bikes to everything Leucadia!

Amazing Location, House, and Stay

As locals looking to get a place for my father and sister, this was a perfect place. Spacious and secluded in a great location with available parking, it was the perfect spot for them. Awesome communication from host. Would love to book again when family is in town!

The location and amenities set you up well for the beach. Decent surfing at the nearest beach. The town restaurants and shops are an easy bike ride away. Comfortable place!

This is just what we were looking for. Lovely, clean, spacious home next to the ocean. We loved relaxing in the backyard and the separate bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms was perfect for my friend and I.

Great spot in Encinitas

Everything was as advertised and the host was very responsive. Very easy access to Grandview surf spot and Beacons was only a few minutes away. You can also walk to coffee, food and some shopping.

Perfect beach getaway

My friends and I were invited to a wedding in Vista and wanted to find somewhere to stay that was near the venue as well as other tourist attractions in Oceanside and San Diego. Myself and my partner as well as another couple stayed here. We each had a big room with its own personal bathroom which made everyone feel comfortable in their own space and much better than cramping into hotel rooms. There were some normal house spiders inside but that is to be expected in any home, especially in the summertime. The home itself was comfortable while being one minute away from beach access and 5 minutes from so many cool local coffee shops and fun restaurants. We went into town for dinner and ended up at a car show, the vibes were immaculate! Highly recommend staying here for anyone who wants a convenient and peaceful beach getaway. The homeowner has really thought of everything.

Awesome Location

We have stayed at several rentals along the coast and for the price, this rental was fantastic. Our sons loved hanging out in the hot tub and the easy walk to the beach. The house was clean, quiet, offered excellent parking, and perfect for our family of 5. The bedrooms are huge and the beds were so comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Pretty nice location

The location was pretty close to the beach, but a bit of ways from the kids friendly beaches. The property was clean-ish, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. However, we would’ve wish it provided us with beach towels so we don’t have to bring our own or allowed us to charge our electric car. Overall, good experience.

Very quiet and relaxing!

Stayed three lovely nights and short 2 days. The weather was warm and perfect! The unit is very clean. Recent remodel and everything is bright, new and clean! The tropical backyard was very quiet, quaint and relaxing. Charming to eat under the palapa with the wicker fan!! Had a very nice stay and wish it was longer! I do plan to come back! Thanks!!!

Perfect surf stay near Grandview beach

Fantastic, quiet rental with a fab outdoor area. Loved the outdoor shower. Well stocked with beach stuff, very short walk to Grandview beach. Couldn’t have had a better location. We loved that it wasn’t generic furniture and decorations. Really has the old school surf beach feel, feels like someone’s long-time Leucadian surf house. Four friends staying together , one had to sleep ion the couch as there was a full size or queen bed? and one king bed. Would stay again.

What a wonderful home

This is a roomy place with great amenities. From the spacious bedrooms each with their own bath to the well stocked kitchen to the outdoor hot tub, we had a fantastic visit. It was easy to settle in and we were so comfortable. We were in the downtown Encinitas area last year and thought we'd maybe feel a little far from the center of things, but really it didn't matter at all. And we liked how quiet it was. We spent our time with great walks on the beach, even on the overcast days, visiting family and friends and some tourist-y things -- Cabrillo National Monument, museum and lunch in Balboa Park, the Self-Realization Shrine and watching surfers at Swami's.

Great neighborhood

The location was great, very walkable, lots of really good restaurants nearby and a quiet neighborhood. I do not recommend staying here in August.The townhouse does not have a "fan system" for air only heat. It gets very warm upstairs. We found old and dirty fans in closets and used those. The temp inside typically was 78-80(even on the days/nights it was nice outside) so we spent most of our time outside to stay cool and keep our pets cool. The Townhouse could use some tlc.There are only one set of sheets for each bed and only one wash cloth per bathroom. Which meant lots of laundry during our stay for the month. The living room couch is extremely soft, we bolstered it with some pillows. The kitchen does not have adequate glassware and very little plastic glassware for outdoor use. We did have a delay of about an hour at checkin due to not receiving the entry code. The property manager did respond to questions asked in a timely manner.

This was such a wonderful way for us to visit friends and family in Encinitas. The beach house was clean, comfortable, roomy, and had all the amenities you could need for beach fun and backyard get-togethers! We really enjoyed our time in Leucadia. Will definitely be coming back to Encinitas AND this house.

The house was great. Enough room for everyone. The back yard was beautiful. we enjoyed hanging out under the ramada. The beach was just around the corner.
