Everything was wonderful! We have stayed in this unit before and were not disappointed. It was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of room for my family. Communication went smoothly, and we were responded to right away. My only suggestion would be to get a better, more supportive mattress for the 1st floor bedroom.

It was awesome

My wife and two kids had plenty of space! Clean and well decorated. Loved the vibe as soon as you walk in. We loved the pool and the fact that we were four min from the beach. Will definitely come again.

great stay

We loved this home and will be back for sure! The pool is right out the front which was super convenient! The place was bigger than expected, and lots of beds. The sheets were super soft (BONUS!)

Great place to stay

We very much enjoyed everything about the property. The only issue we had is that the pool gate code sent in the email was incomplete, but everything else was spot on. We will definitely come back.

Perfect Getaway!

This was the cutest condo ever! We had plenty of room since it was just the 3 of us. Since it rained most of the days we were there, we enjoyed staying in and hanging out. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was really nice

Everything was really nice except the kitchen was a little dirty and the only TV that worked in the whole house in the living room, but other than that everything was amazing amd eveytime I come for vacation we will try to Saturday there vacation.

Cute place with a pool!

This is our second time staying at this property and we Love it! The bathrooms and kitchen are super clean, it’s right on the pool and a short drive to the beach. The decor is really cute! The carpets, upholstery and ceiling fans could really use a deep cleaning.

Fun Property with a great pool!

We stayed w our 5year old and teenager- and the property was perfect! Short car ride to the beach where you drive and park on the sand. The pool was well maintained with ample seating. The playground was clean and fun. Inside the home was very nicely decorated and had plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax. Overall a great trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Great beach townhouse

Great beach townhouse decorated in.beach theme. It's not close to the beach but you can drive to the beach and drive on the beach. Golf carts are not allowed across hwy 361 so having a golf cart was a challenge because we had to leave it across the street at the golf city rental. Pool is fantastic right out the front door . It was a fantastic place to say !

Fantastic Spring Break Get away

The condo is located right next to the 2nd pool. It’s a great location to allow the kids to play in the pool while your in the shade. There was plenty of beds and the kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything you need. I would recommend you bring extra trash bags and dish soap if you plan on using the kitchen. We will definitely stay again, and recommend this condo. Side note, make sure you check your spam account for the rental agreement

Noisy neighbors

Loud neighbors teens getting drunk cussing out loud by the pool and arrived an hour early would not let us check in said the room was being cleaned though we sat in the car waiting for an hour and nobody ever went in or out not very clean patio was dirty did not like it wont stay there again

Condo

The place was decorated cute but needed some repairs and deeper cleaning- dusty & sofa- pillows stained. door knob fell off inside bath, the washing machine made weird sound and blinds were torn up , probably by previous guest with pet. If you come bring everything, very limited things are given. ( 3 coffee pods, a few towels, little shampoo- not much) Bring extra blankets. Example is only 3 pods for 3 days

pillows need replaced. mattress needs replace or upgraded. very clean and nicely decorated without having too much clutter like some. pool needed some minor repairs around drains and different places some rough sharp areas not real good for for little ones.needs cleaned more often. these are all issues that could be remedied easily to make this condo even more appealing. we do want to come back sometime.

Property could have been cleaned better. The bed sheets and pillows didn’t look like they had been changed. Not enough towels. Couch had potato chips in the cushions. The handrails to the stairs were sticky. Didn’t look like it had been vacuumed or swept.

Just Another VRBO

Property in rough shape (photos are probably old). Lacked any cleaning supplies (no mop, broom, rags etc). Lacks any condiments (not even salt/pepper). Upstairs ceiling fan blew up when we turned it on, causing circuit breaker to blow. Called management at 10am and maintenance arrived at 4:30pm. Problem was not resolved. Mosquitos are out of control. Town has no redeeming qualities. We will never return.

Our family had so much fun! It's close enough to the beach to go back and forth as needed which is a lifesaver with a toddler. Very comfortable place to settle into in the evenings. This is our second time staying here and definitely not the last! I highly recommend staying!

Long weekend!

Renting, check in and ease of reservation was great. The townhouse was not very clean upon arrival. Kitchen supplies are sparce, not enough for the 8 people capacity. Very few pots and pans, utensils and cookware is old. Kitchen needs to be restocked. We were not provided enough washcloths and hand towels in the bathroom, even for 2 people and only 1 kitchen towel. The decor is very cute and the pool is absolutely perfect. Almost like having your own private pool. Overall a good stay and anytime at the beach is good for me.

So fun!

This was the perfect spot for people with kids who swim! Literally the gate opens to your porch. The theme in the main area was so fun to look at and we took pictures in front of the wave mural. It had everything we needed and we all enjoyed our stay!
