Cette superbe maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances à Port Aransas. 2 BR. 2 BA pour 8 personnes. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking pour 4 voitures ou 2 voitures et un bateau / motomarine. La chambre principale (BR1) dispose d'un lit king-size avec télévision, d'une commode pour votre tenue de plage et d'une salle de bains privative avec douche séparée. La 2ème chambre (BR2) a 2 lits queen TV, rangement pour les vêtements. Il y a une salle de bains dans le couloir qui a une unité de combinaison douche / baignoire. La cuisine complète est équipée de tous les appareils électroménagers, ustensiles de cuisine et du comptoir pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. La table du petit-déjeuner peut accueillir 2 personnes et le bar dispose de 4 tabourets. Extra grand salon pour se divertir avec un canapé, un canapé-lit, TV avec câble et Wifi. Laveuse et sécheuse est situé en bas. Peu importe votre plaisir, vous le trouverez ici. What a great property

We had so much fun staying on this property. It was central to Port Aransas and the beach. With the entire family loved is we also had a pool and a hot tub on the property which made it a complete water weekend.

Second Stay

My family just completed their second annual stay at this property. Place is fully furnished, has a private pool, and is very close to the beach. We love it and we’re looking forward to going back next year.

Nice space

This is a nice space to stay for a few days. Close to ferry access and restaurants. Instructions weren't clear that we would have to share the driveway with the downstairs tenant causing confusion. View overlooks adjacent RV park.

The linen were super clean and looked brand new which was amazing. Good pillows, all linen smelled clean. Enough towels and supplies. Kitchen was really well equipped. The check in process was a bit stressful. Our code did not work but the property management came and fixed it for us. Did take about 30 min for them to arrive. But it was easily resolved. The pool is on the side of the home, which we knew, but we thought there was access thru downstairs. We didn't know there was a different rental downstairs it was a bit confusing. So you can't go in and out to the pool on the same level as the house. You have to go up and down the stairs. Wouldn't recommend if you have kids. But that was our fault. We didn't pay good attention to the home listing. Same with laundry room it is shared with the downstairs people. Location was amazing. Overall we were comfortable.

Port A Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good trip. We were sad when beaches closed but we understood. We were so glad that we had rented the house as it had a private pool and hot tub.

The pool was the best part of this house. The sleeper sofas need to be replaced. It could have been cleaner, The kitchen was not well equipped for cooking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for us, we enjoyed our stay a great deal and the location was perfect. It was great to have the pool to cool off in. Only complaints were that the door lock was very tricky to get working, and the dishwasher wasn't the best. Will consider this rental again.

Great house

We had a wonderful time. Having the jacuzzi was great since the pool was a little cold (in April), not that the kids minded. The A/C unit is extremely loud, which I was able to sleep through but my mom who slept in the room with the 2 Queens woke up every time it kicked on. No glass allowed at the pool, so bring some plastic cups and/or refillable tumblers. There were several remotes for the tv, which was a little confusing but we managed. The elevator was handy for the heavy stuff to get up the stairs. All in all it’s a great property, just wanted to fill the next guests in on the things that would help / were good to know.

Sunsets on the deck.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our first vacation w/out kids. We spent every morning and evening on the front deck. Great place for enjoying the sunsets. The only thing that has make me hold back from reccomending it to my friend was...it needs a good spring cleaning..blinds, vents, things like that.

Good!

Location is great for shopping, eating out & even getting to the beach. Having the pool & hot tub were an awesome addition. As well as all the outdoor lounging areas! Our only issue was a few things in the house not staying in place, the shower head fell off onto someone’s head, you had to be careful on the queen beds, seemed they may not be screwed in properly, and just the amount of cockroaches we saw throughout the house. The house itself is awesome with great amenities, was even able to meet the owner who was extremely nice, if just those small issues were resolved and he’d have us again we would definitely be back!

Perfect for families

Our second time renting this property and its perfect for our family. Love the location and private pool its goes up to 4 feet which is perfect for children. Accommodations are clean and maintained.

Would not stay there again.

The fridge wasn’t getting cold, the guest hallway restroom did not want to flush and there was big and small roaches threwout the kitchen!

What did we pay for?

Everybody rinsed outside on first day so nobody used the second bathroom. Following day someone showered, shower head doesn’t even work, faucet can be pulled out, tub leaked all of the bath water onto bathroom floor instead of down the drain. The entire bathroom floor was covered of water and it leaked into the hallway. We did our best to dry it up, but it seemed like the floor would remain wet after. You could walk on it nd socks would absorb the water. It was so inconvenient to only have one indoor working shower. Kitchen sink isn’t draining properly instead of draining it’s leaking water into the cabinets underneath. Pool was dirty and had sand inside. Floors weren’t cleaned prior to our arrival. White socks turned black but was charged a cleaning fee for after our stay. Why charge a cleaning fee if its evident no one mopped. Also didn't realize we would be sharing our washer and dryer w the neighbors. Hot tub was either hot or cold buttons didn't work other than jets. Not enough lighting around pool area it was way to dark. Definitely to expensive for what you get. Will not be staying ever again

Port A house

The furniture is dated. Skimpy on the cooking utensils. The grand father clock needs to be fixed so it doesn’t ring every time you walk by it. There is a roach issue inside the house. We killed a few while we were there. The pool wasn’t cleaned out and had sand in it. The hot tub was not full when we got there and never got hot.
