Ce condo est l'endroit idéal pour des activités toute l'année. Avec l'accès à un très grand garage privé au rez-de-chaussée, transporter de nombreux objets de haut en bas des escaliers appartient au passé. Idéal pour ranger un camion ou un bateau plein de matériel de pêche ou de plage. Moins d'un mile de la plage! Vue imprenable sur le balcon de la piscine, qui a une ombre et un côté ensoleillé pour votre plaisir.

La chambre principale a un lit queen avec salle de bain privée.
La deuxième chambre a un lit double avec lit gigogne double. Aussi un matelas queen avec pompe.

Aussi une grande escapade dans une belle communauté calme et petite pour les Texans d'hiver!

Amazing repeat stay!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was just as incredible this time around! The location is perfect for walking anywhere in town and the pool is nice for relaxing after a long day. Everything is always very clean and lovingly put together—perfect for families of any size! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Perfect place!

We came with my 3 kids and dog. This condo is perfect!! Location is just right, pool is so lovely and having 2 porches and large garage was such a sweet bonus. Definitely staying here again.

This place worked well for us. Location was close to everything. Pool was close by and not overcrowded. Would recommend and would go back again.

Love this place!

Everything about this property is perfect for us. Convenient but not in the middle of all the crazy crowds. This was our second stay at will certainly be back. Jen and Daniel are so easy to work with and so very kind.

Overall property was clean and well maintained with plenty of amenities. Communication with property owner/manager was easy and fast responses . Recommend for family outings to Port A.

It's a beautiful place!

Thanks for sharing your home with us! It's a beautiful place! The rooms are a good size, the beds are very comfortable, and the private balcony overlooking the pool is a nice view. This is our first time staying here, and look forward to many more stays while visiting Port A.

Great Place, Great Location

Wonderful rental with one of the best locations right in the middle of town. Plenty of room to park my 21 foot deck boat in garage. Clean, great community area/pool, and the owners answered questions within minutes. Highly recommend.

Port A 2024 stay

We enjoyed the stay very much. The pool was nice. The only issue we had the property was that all the windows were covered. We were assuming it was because there was going to be a hurricane that hit the island prior to our stay. He want to let the owner know that the sink in the back bathroom was having trouble draining.

Marine Science Institute Camp for grandkids

Our three grand children participated in Camp from 8-12 noon every day. The pool has a tarp over it for shade (very nice touch. All very good.

Great Location

Great location, about a mile to the beach, within walking distance to several shops and restaurants.facilities were very clean, kitchen was appropriately equipped; do bring your toiletries. It is for 8 people but must say 4 will sleep comfortably but other 4 will have to accommodate on sofas and a pull out twin mattress. Also, would’ve love to have a dinner table and chairs.

Wonderful vacation at a beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, beautiful, and comfortable property! The kitchen is fully stocked and the kitchen is so easy to get around. The sofas are leather and very comfy, the seats all recline. The pool is beautiful and there are some sun shades over one part of it, which is nice for those who don't want to be in the sun. We were pleasantly surprised how close we were to town and the beach. We parked both our cars in the garage with ample room to spare. Jen is super quick to respond and lovely to work with. It's truly a lovely property and we are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Pet friendly

My husband, mother in law, 2 small dogs and I came during 4th of July for a getaway before my cancer surgery. The unit was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed! Perks of the unit were a washer and dryer, nice community pool and we could see the fireworks from the balcony! The pet option was great and there was no evidence that other animals stayed in the unit! There is also great areas to take dogs potty and even had waste areas and bags provided to clean up after your pet. It is important that all parties can navigate stairs as this property is upstairs but there are strong handrails for those who need them!

Awesome location, great place to hang out with family in Port Aransas

Everything was perfect at this property. The location was great, close to everything and 1 mile from the beach. The large garage made everything much easier for us to store all beach items in there. Jen was super responsive and on point! We'll definitely come back again soon.

Excellent stay for a good price

The place was beautiful and it was a very nice stay. Excellent location in town, the check in and out process was easy, and communication with the owners was easy and convenient. There were 8 of us there, 6 adults and 2 infants, and it was a nice size and worked well for us. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a nice location with great amenities and nice owners.

Beautiful home with great pricing with a closed in garage.

I would recommend this rental property to anyone. The house is up to date and fully furnished. Plenty of room inside with a closed in garage and a pool. Highly recommended!

Best Experience!!

Our family and friends had such an amazing trip and this house brought us all together! It’s actually a lot bigger than we had expected and the huge garage was in my opinion the cherry on top. I loved being able to just pull all our vehicles/golf cart in and not having to worry about unloading everything. Jen was super fast with responses and extremely helpful with everything! We will definitely be back!!

Great condo. Massive garage. Very responsive owners.

Spent 3 nights here. The listing didn’t say what unit it was but the owner responded amazingly quickly when I asked about it. We had one small issue and they offered a couple of solutions and let me choose what worked best for me. The garage is large enough to easily fit a truck & boat. Unit was clean on our arrival.
