Oh Spivey Family - I am crying happy tears! Let me just say this: the Spivey family dealt with an air conditioning malfunction at our home - didn’t complain once and even helped our maintenance crew install window units that we quickly supplied when we heard there was no AC! This family is TOP NOTCH! Our property management team even commented “You get the best people in your home - the Spivey’s are the sweetest, most accommodating family and they even offered us food!” McKayla, Travis, Faith - thank you for being wonderful guests! You are welcomed back any time! 5 stars all the way around!

Susan and her family were beyond amazing guests! Communication was excellent! They took care of our home like it was theirs. Susan shared precious photos of a few cherished moments from her family while making memories on their vacation, and that made my heart so happy! By the time they left, they surely felt like family! This family is welcomed back anytime, and we'll do so with open arms! I would give them 100 stars, if it were possible! Simply amazing! Come back soon, Susan!

Dear Kim, it was an absolute pleasure hosting you and your family! Knowing that your 2 grandchildren were happy and surprised with the few goodies we left for them, filled our hearts beyond measure! I simply can't say enough good things about you! Loved all the wonderful communication and your responsiveness! You and your family are welcomed back anytime .... with open arms! We truly hope to host you and yours again, soon!

Wow Shelly!! You simply have me in joyful tears! You and your family are simply AMAZING. I am simply thrilled that you mentioned how you enjoyed all the “extras” we have! The photo you sent me of you and the family kayaking with our 4 kayaks … priceless! This is what hosting means to me - opening up our doors to guests and having them immediately feel like they’re home! Communication is super important and “high on my radar.” I strive for excellent communication. I want to make sure guests have all the knowledge I have of the house, areas, nearby restaurant and beaches etc. You communicated beautifully with me and even shared pics and family memories with us … that touched our hearts! I also loved how you mentioned the breakfast items that the kids were happy about. We always try to have a fresh items in the fridge (fruit, orange juice, milk, sausage etc.) I am so happy you and the family enjoyed all the extra touches. Families like yours make hosting extremely rewarding! Thank you for all the positive, 5 Star things you had to say about me, as a host, and our home! Thank you for being amazing guests and we would simply be honored to have you return! It was definitely sad come check-out day … we didn’t want you and your family to leave!
