• Pool/kayak/bike use at guest’s risk
• Supervise children & pets at all times
• Safety gate, helmets & life jackets provided
• Pool heater off May–Sept (weather-dependent)
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Guest Access:
Guests will have entire premises for themselves and will be given a 4-digit number, unique to the guests, to enter the premises on check-in day.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in a fantastic location near many shops and restaurants yet tucked away in a quiet family neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We have several bikes on the property, allowing you to enjoy a wonderful family bike ride through the neighborhood or to one of the very near local establishments like/ Publix, Wawa, Target, Lowe's, Five Guys, bakeries, McDonalds, Burger King, Tropic Smoothie, Dunkin Donuts and much more!

We have driveway parking that allows space for several vehicles, and there is plenty of street parking on the street. Sorry, we do not allow parking in our garage.

📜 HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask all guests to read and respect our house rules, as your comfort and safety — and that of future guests — are very important to us.

🚭 No Smoking of any kind or Vaping Indoors
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. Please use the ashtrays provided and do not discard cigarette butts in the yard, driveway, pool, or toilets.

🐾 Dog-Friendly
Up to 2 dogs, each under 50 lbs
Dogs must stay off beds and furniture
Dogs must be crated when left alone (crates provided)
No dogs in the pool

🎉 No Events or parties

🧑 Guests Must Be 25+ to Book
A valid photo ID may be required upon check-in.

🔕 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

💧 No Food or Drinks in the Pool
This helps prevent contamination and excessive cleaning.

👥 Max Occupancy: 10 guests (as originally booked)

⚠️ Violation of any rules may result in immediate termination of your rental agreement without refund.

Exterior Security Cameras:

Camera 1: Ring doorbell (front entry)
Camera 2: Above garage (facing driveway)
Camera 3: Backyard (facing A/C units)
Note: Cameras are motion-activated and do not monitor interior spaces.

⚠️ Safety Disclaimer
Your safety is our top priority, but please note:

Use of the pool, kayaks, bicycles and canal systems is done at renter's own risk.

Children and pets must never be left unattended, especially near water.

A removable pool safety gate is available in the garage for use.

Life jackets and bike helmets are provided (in garage) and strongly recommended.

Interaction with Guests:
We will not be available in person but work with a team of property management specialists should any questions or concerns arise.
