VILLA "EAGLE'S NEST" THREE STORY HOME WITH AMAZING VIEWS

Eagle's Nest is beautifully furnished and offers amazing accommodations for 8 guests. It boasts 4 large bedrooms with 2 king beds, 1 queen and 2 twin beds. Two of the western facing bedrooms have stunning views of the enormous spreaders waterways and wildlife.( Eagles, Hawks, Egrets, Pelicans, just to name a few) Eagles Nest has 2 in a half bathrooms with the half bath on the 1st floor and 2 main bathrooms on the second floor.

As you walk into Eagle's Nest you will amazed by the beauty, serenity, and views of this home. As you explore the home you will find the following Amenities.

LIVING AREAS: The home offers two main living rooms with comfortable couches and a 75inch TV. Large custom kitchen table that seats 8, and a formal custom dining room table that seats 12.
SALT WATER AQUARIUM: 600 gallon saltwater aquarium with many types of fish and corals for your viewing pleasure. This is not like any tank you have ever seen.

GAME ROOM : Fully functional game room with 3 full size arcade machines that play many games, a 90inch theater like TV, large comfortable couch, bistro table, 2 adult size bean bag chairs, poker table, pool table, ice hokey, connect 4, foosball table mini fridge, complimentary snacks and ,any family board games to play. This room will surly keep kids and adults entertained throughout your stay.

Outside: Screened in lanai with heated salt water pool and spa, and a fenced in backyard. Outside cable TV with plenty of seating for outside dining and lounging overlooking the spreader waterway. 4 kayaks and 5 bicycles are offered ( must sign wavier).Out side grilling area with a gas grill, custom pizza oven( reserved for 1 month stay operated by property manager) and a 14+ person oversized picnic table perfect for outside gatherings underneath Edison Lights.

Plenty of room to sunbathe on 85 ft long dock with lounging chairs. If you enjoy fishing no need to go anywhere but on this dock being that there are plenty of fish here, you will see them jumping out the water.

BACK YARD FISHING:
The fishing here is for the beginner and the advance fisherman, Eagle's Nest is located on a direct access canal that flows to the Gulf of Mexico. The reason why fishing is so spectacular is because of the Spreader canal. The Spreader backs up to a preserves that is protected along with the wildlife and the preserve will never be built on. Eagle's Nest is amazingly positioned behind Matlacha and Pine Island. While on the third floor of Eagle's Nest you can see the Lighthouse of Matlacha. Many fish, crabs and all sorts of wildlife travel through the streams of Matlacha and Pine Island Sound to the Spreader of the canal. Manatees and Dolphins come to the canal from the Gulf of Mexico. When your fishing you can expect an amazing experience using light tackle and a simple kayak. Fish that have been caught at our residence, to name a few, are Tarpon, Red Fish, Red Snapper, Sheep Head, Mullet, Brim, Black Drum, Snook. There are even freshwater water fish that have adapted like alligator gar, fresh water Bass, Speckled Sea Trout, African Milled Sickled to name few.

THIRD FLOOR: VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS
Catch the Sunrise or the Sunset whatever is your fancy, it will surly be breathtaking. Eagle's Nest will not only capture nature you will see, but all of the waterways of Pine Island Sound and Matlacha. This is a special sighting and is only possible because of the homes 3 Story Elevation. Yoga mats are included, TV, and a comfortable couch.

Attractions: Eagle's Nest is conveniently located next to Veteran's Parkway which is easy access to I-75, Fort Myers Airport, and all major attractions. Starbucks, Belk, Ice Cream Club, Keg and Cow Burgers and Pizza, Paradise Deli and Grill (Excellent Prime Rib) Spa Paradise by Nelly(Facials, Massage, Wraps) Farmer's Market fresh produce and vegetables (Every Wednesday)Any Time Fitness (where you can join daily, weekly, monthly etc.)and Dollar Tree. All these shops are walking distance or a short bike ride from Eagle Nest! There are miles and miles of bicycle paths and sidewalks for pedestrians conveniently located right outside of Eagles Nest.

Eagle's Nest is close to Cape Coral's Downtown area where you will find even more restaurants, interesting boutiques, and a fun nightlife. The home is close to, Carrabba's, Olive Garden, Bone Fish, Walmart, Publix, CVS Walgreen's, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, which is all on the newly designed Pine Island Rd that leads to I-75 as well.

In addition, Eagle's Nest is conveniently close to the updated Fort Myers Beach; beautiful Sanibel/ Captive Island; and the number 4 ranked beach for its beauty, Lover's key. These beaches are approximately 35-45 minutes away from Eagles Nest.
