Casa de Crab: Gulf Access Waterfront 4 Bedroom and 3 Bathroom Home Heated Pool
Welcome to Cape Coral, FL! This 4 BR, 3 Full bath home with heated pool offers gulf access waterfront & space for the whole family. Sleep up to 14 on memory mattresses & entertain the whole group on the 55", 75", or 85" TVs! The open-concept kitchen, living, & dining room are stocked with essentials. Enjoy a poolside, Palm tree canal sunset on the massive patio outfitted with covered lounge, dining furniture & a grill.
Guests will enter this spacious ranch home into the fully renovated open concept living room and kitchen space that boasts quartz countertops, soft-close shaker cabinets, herringbone tile backsplash and a welcoming L bar as well as a brand new Samsung 75" TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and the pantry behind the fridge offers storage for guests as well as additional supplies. The cabinet behind the couch is full of games and the TV stand is typically stocked with helpful extras like batteries!
The sliding door that leads out to the pool showcases the massive, southern exposure patio oasis. The coveted Southern Exposure pool means you'll have an entire day of sunlight pool side! The pool patio has a conversation and dining space covered from the sun. There are also several chairs to lounge and get some sun. There is a Brand new Weber Spirit grill and access to the dock / canal waterfront (through 2 gates).
The master bedroom just to the right of the pool doors has a king memory foam bed, brand new LG 55" TV, a full desk and a full bath with a walk-in shower as well as a large master closet (with 2 pack and plays and a baby playmat).
On the other side of the kitchen, guests can enjoy a family dinner at the 96" dining table with a view of the homes custom mural by local award-winning muralist / designer Sydney Prusso or enjoy a warm cup of coffee from the coffee bar.
Off of the dining room are the two guest bedrooms. The "Starfish Suite" features a queen and a twin memory foam bed and The "Crab Cove" bedroom offers a queen and a full memory foam bed. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and floor fans (in the closets) for extra comfort. Each bed will have freshly washed and folded bath towels and washcloths to use during your stay.
Passing through the hallway leading to the back of the home, you will see a full bathroom with tub (baby bath support in closet). There is direct access to the pool through this bathroom. Each bathroom has essentials including first aid and hair dyers. There are also plenty of hooks inside the bathrooms, on the back of bedroom doors, and around the exterior of the home to hang towels!
The main laundry space (the other is in the garage) is in the back of the home. Extra pool towels and throw blankets can be found above the washer and dryer. There are also bins of pool towels in the dining room! Please help yourself to these towels and blankets, just remember to wash and dry them before you leave!
The "Waterfront Wing" features a huge back bedroom & entertainment space. This room features a full-size memory foam bed with a twin bunk above as well as a queen memory foam bed to comfortably sleep 5 in this space! The leather couch rests in front of the massive theatre-worthy Samsung 85" TV with sliding doors (kid-safe locks) leading out to the pool. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with tiled stall shower.
Monday: The pool service will come on Mondays to clean and treat the pool.
Tuesday: If you are staying at the home on Tuesdays, please rolls the trash and recycling cans to the curb. Wednesday is trash day.
Pool Heater: The pool heater is available for $15 per day. Please message ASAP if you are interested in this. The pool temperature will be kept at or above 80 degrees should you choose to use this amenity.
Grill: The grill is available for guest use and two propane tanks are provided. Propane is filled/ refilled at the guests expense. Lowe's at 1651 NE Pine Island Rd. offers propane exchanges!
Water Heater: There is only one water heater for the home. Please keep this is mind when planning your shower/ bath schedules.
Laundry: There is a washer and dryer in the hall closet and the garage. We do not provide detergent or dryer sheets but guests are welcome to use both.
Extra Consumables: Extra items (trash bags, paper towels, etc.) can be found under the sink and in the pantry behind the fridge. Please keep in mind that if you stay is longer than 5-7 days, you may need to purchase more consumables to accommodate your stay.
Guest Count: The house is set to accommodate 12 guests and is stocked with supplies for 12 guests. If extra guests are approved, please keep this in mind.
Heating and Cooling: The back of the house (thermostat near laundry closet) and the front of the house (thermostat in dining room) are on two different systems. AC should not ever be set below 69 degrees. Please keep in mind, on extremely hot days, the house may take several hours to reach the set temperature. Please do not open any windows and please also keep all exterior doors closed so we can keep the interior temperature comfortable. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges up to $50 per day.
Entertainment/ TV/ Internet: Blazing fast Xfinity Internet is provided, along with 3 TVs. However, we do not provide streaming service subscriptions or cable. Guests are free to log-in to their own streaming services just please remember to log out before checking out.
