Just a step down from the pool is a covered sitting area with a sectional sofa, lounge chairs, built-in bar, and a dining table—perfect for serving drinks, appetizers, or meals while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

The spacious second-level living area features an open floor plan with a cozy living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and dining space. Relax on the leather couch in front of the large Smart TV, or step into the sunroom, a fully enclosed, air-conditioned space with beautiful views. The sunroom also has a sleeper sofa and access to the outdoor entertainment area via a spiral staircase.

The kitchen is a cook’s dream, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Brew your coffee with a drip or Keurig maker and enjoy meals at the formal dining table for 8 or at the sunroom’s breakfast table for 6 with stunning views of Little Bay.

The primary suite, located just off the front entry, offerings a queen-sized bed, sectional sofa, and walk-in closet, plus a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring a twin bed, full-over-full bunk bed, and a bean bag, with a full guest bathroom nearby. Situated on the lower level, the third bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the fourth offers a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker Keurig coffee maker. These bedrooms each have separate outdoor access and share a full bathroom.
