NEW SWIMMING POOL IS DONE!The Cat's Meow is back!! This amazing four-bedroom, three-bathroom bayfront home is exactly what your family has been hoping to find for your next vacation to the Gulf Coast. Walk right out the back onto the private lighted fishing pier to try your luck at catching trout, redfish, flounder, black drum, and blue crabs. The private 500 ft. lighted fishing pier has 2 t-heads with 3 laser super spot sport fishing lights. There is also a fish cleaning stand with power and water.

The brand-new swimming pool is the right answer for the Texas summer sun. While floating in the pool talking with friends and family, the outdoor bar area is the perfect spot for waterfront entertaining. Don't forget to grill up your fresh catch of the day on the BBQ pit! We know you'll enjoy your stay with this new addition at The Cat's Meow! Cuddle up on a comfy couch in the living room to enjoy a favorite movie or show on the large flatscreen TV or play some board games with the kids at the dining table. The cookware, counter space, and utensils in the full kitchen will make short work of tonight's family meal, and you can enjoy your creation outside on the wrap-around balcony as an al-fresco meal while taking in breathtaking 360-degree water views of the Copano Bay.

Down the hall, you'll find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and its very own private balcony. The ensuite bathroom features a garden tub (the jacuzzi does not work), double vanities and a separate shower.The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed and full/twin bunk bed. The bedrooms share a second bath with a tiled walk-in shower and double vanities.

The fourth bedroom is located downstairs that has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The Cat's Meow is also pet friendly. Don't forget your kennel as we do ask that you kennel your dogs while you are out of the house.

The Cat's Meow is only a few minutes from downtown Rockport, this area is convenient while still being private enough to relax. There is lots to do in Rockport including shopping downtown at Market Street, fishing from your backyard, spending a day at the Rockport Beach, enjoying fresh seafood by the water, or checking out local historical sites. You don't have to worry about picking only one thing to do on your trip because all of these activities are only a short drive from each other.
