- Well trained dogs older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $75/pet for your entire stay and require proof of up to date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Cats and other animals not allowed.

- There is no dedicated parking but there is plenty of street parking available close to the house.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.

- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house. There are no cameras inside the house.

- Because our home is in center of Seattle and boasts a high walk/drive score to all of Seattle, you may experience some street/vehicular noise.
