Location was good and beds were comfy. The pool was nice but not as nice as the pictures. The water feature was listed and then host said they don't work. The pool umbrellas didn't open and host had to bring new ones. The outdoor furniture was full of leaves and debris that was not cleaned off before we arrived. The swinging seat had massive stains on the material and the couch inside the home has rips on every seat which make it uncomfortable to sit. Kitchen was good and layout of bedrooms was good. Showers had low pressure and were not good to use.

Resort-like stay

We had a great spring break stay. The house was great…large enough for the 7 of us and a killer back yard. Grilling station, pool, gas fire pit, bags, darts and plenty of TV’s! It was close to a ton of restaurants in North Scottsdale and in a very nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this house!

4 Generation retreat

Our family from 3 years of age to 85 enjoyed our week stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. We all played corn hole, mini golf and even played darts. The hot tub was awesome for the cool evenings. We cooked outside for most dinners and enjoyed the outdoor patio.Sleeping space perfect. Thank you for a wonderful week at this beautiful home.

Highly Recommend

I loved this place. I’ve stayed at many Vrbos and honestly this is the first place that I would rent more than once. We stayed here for my bachelorette trip, it was spacious enough for all five of us (the 6th person couldn’t make it, but there was an extra room they would have used.) The house felt clean and luxurious. The outdoor space was amazing, clean pool and jacuzzi! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, it wasn’t too far from downtown Scottsdale. All in all, I would highly recommend and I look forward to staying here again.

The house and pool overall were fine but not as nice as the photos. It’s in need of several renovations as it’s been very well used. The couch is one of the first things you see when you walk in and it had large rips in multiple cushions. There was also a mirror that used to be on the wall in one of the bedrooms but was leaning behind a side table. The wall itself was beat up where the mirror should have been. Around the pool there were several missing tiles. We called to have the tiki sprinklers activated but they weren’t working. But the bathrooms are nice and the kitchen is in good shape.

Overall good stay, some maintenance issues

Stayed here with my family and a friend's family. House is a great layout and the backyard has so much fun stuff as shown. Our only major issue was that there were a few maintenance issues that were only told to us right before arrival, or we had to discover on our own (hot tub needed servicing and couldn't be used for 2 days, bunkbed ladder was broken, cleaners had missed some stuff from previous guests). The rental company was responsive and eventually addressed the issues, but in the end we were not happy with the small refund they offered, especially considering the hot tub was one of the main selling points for us. So could have easily been a fully positive experience, but that is the only negative.

Hi Rich, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re so glad you enjoyed the layout of the home and the fun backyard amenities. We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered and for the delayed communication regarding a few of them. While we’re happy to hear our team was responsive and worked to address the concerns during your stay, we understand your disappointment, especially regarding the hot tub. Your feedback is truly appreciated and will help us improve both our communication and guest experience moving forward. Thank you again for staying with us.

Nice place, poor management company

Working with Stay Porter was challenging. We were told could not use the outdoor speakers, had trouble with the WiFi range to use the outdoor TVs. We ran out of tissues and paper towels and they told me they do not replace them, 6 adults and 3 little kids use paper towels and tissues, and one roll and one box for the whole house ran out after day 3. We paid a premium for the his property and received zero service!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Connie. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property, but we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced. Please note that the outdoor speakers are not included in the listing due to local noise regulations, and we understand that this caused some inconvenience. As for the other items, we do provide a starter pack of supplies, but we’ve addressed the concerns regarding the WiFi and supplies to ensure future guests have a better experience. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope to provide a better experience for you next time.

Great Property for a Group of any type

This is a great property. There is tons of room and amenities. We had a very diverse group -- our stay was for business so we had family, friends, employees all in this one house and it was great. The rooms are spread out and there is so much space. We never felt like we were in each others way. I hate to write this because I hope to grab this house for our trip back next year for Barrett-Jackson. The property management was so easy to deal with and check in and out was a breeze. No parking in the street is hard when the house holds 15 people - but 3 fit in the drive way and we made the rest work. Our stay was almost 2 weeks - so we cooked dinner at the house quite a bit and there is great kitchen supplies and appliances. The outdoor kitchen made it where we could be outside cooking and eating too. They supply enough gas to run the fire table and heaters. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay again.
