Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property fit our family of 14 perfectly and lived up to & surpassed our expectations. This was our 6th yearly vacation and we all agreed this property was the best in comparison. Size, location, privacy all were great. The house and property aallowed us to have 10 great relaxing days there. The responsiveness of the team was always swift and friendly. Even on Easter we had a small pool issue and they came out. 5 Stars on our whole experience. Would recommend to anyone. It’s a great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here. The outdoor experience was what had the biggest draw for us. The pool was fantastic! It did not disappoint as there were even lots of options for shade in the afternoon. Upon arriving, the house was very clean and ready for us. A few of the kitchen tools/utensils and pots/pans are in need of replacement, but everything else great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have asked for a better house for our high school renion trip! The house accommodated 14 ladies comfortably. The pool and hot tub were perfect for lazy days and the house was central to hiking, restaurants, etc. The host (shout out to Melissa!!) was AWESOME and quickly responded to any requests or questions we had. Would definitely rent again!

Fantastic property

9 of us stayed here for a Bachelor party. The property was fantastic and actually exceeded our expectations. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the outdoor space in general. Really appreciated the excellent communication with the hosts and the flexibility they allowed for our check in/out times. Would absolutely stay here again.

We took advantage of the lovely pool, hot tub, and many outdoor seating areas. We came to see Scottsdale but spent a lot of our time enjoying this property’s amenities. Also, the property mgt team was very quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed assistance.

Perfect for families and friends

PAD made our experience extremely enjoyable. The house was extremely clean, beds were comfy, and the location was perfect. As an added perk, the checkout was easy and they do all the cleaning for you. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

This home has it all! A beautiful private oasis of a backyard perfect for all activities in and out of the sun! The pool makes the 100+ degree weather so much more enjoyable! The home is beautifully kept and well stocked. They had everything you would think to need at the house and went above and beyond on their customer service for all questions and requests!!! Would definitely stay again!

Phoenix Open Week!

The perfect place for hosting! Awesome layout….unbeatable location in North Scottsdale. Close to N Scottsdale Airport, Kierland, and the Phoenix Open. Pool and Hot tub were excellent features....as was the pool table and all the kitchen amenities. Host was top notch and went way above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Perfect Location

The house came exactly as advertised, and even surpassed expectations in other areas. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and the location is SO close to everything you'd want to do in Scottsdale (short Uber or car rides to Old Town, World Class Golf, Sky Harbor Airport, Casinos, and all manner of nightlife. The property manager was very responsive in all communication including the lead up to the trip - I would definitely go back for some relaxing time in the sun and pool at this spot.

Wonderful stay

We had the most wonderful time here with our adult kids and their boyfriends. Great communication from the property management and host. Check in and check out were a breeze. The property was fantastic and perfect for a family gathering - big well-equipped kitchen, nice buit-in BBQ, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The backyard was great and we spend almost all our time outside, including paying games and cards every night.

Lovely AZ time

We had family & friends together to celebrate my Brothers celebration of life. It was much needed time together. The property was spacious and beautiful. We were greeted and given a tour of the property which was so nice. The grapefruits on the tree were delicious! Pool time and the outside patio was beautiful!
