The amount of amenities will shock you. The backyard alone is full of activities but let's start by walking into the massive entry, open room concept with the living space, kitchen and dining room, and the pool table that welcomes you right away to the fun. The exposed beams, gray and blue accent colors with the pop of red throughout the home makes the home feel modern and fresh.

This home even features a Tesla EV charger!

Sports & Exercise:
What would you like to do first? Log into your Peloton account for a morning spin, head outside to the basketball court, or practice your corn hole throws! You could even enjoy the picklebball court. Maybe take a dip in the pool for some swimming action. The private area in which the home is located is also great for anyone who wants to take an early morning or evening run to see the amazing colors the sky turns.

Pool & Outdoor Area:
The backyard retreat is over an acre of walled in private luxury. There is a heated spa and connected pool with a huge travertine pool deck for lounging. There is also an outdoor shower and changing space making transitioning from the house to the pool easy. It has a walking path around the backyard and pool area leading to the outdoor fire pit for those chilly fall and winter evenings. Utilize the full outdoor kitchen with a commercial gas grill, outdoor beverage fridge and bar to enjoy eating al fresco. The backyard offers privacy and a huge open space to enjoy and explore. Few private residences in Scottsdale have this type of expansive outdoor space. There is so much to offer in the 1.3 acres you will never have to leave. Pool or spa can be heated for an additional $150 + tax daily.

Indoors:
The house boasts a wide open main living area with seating for everyone. There's an 85” TV to watch all the games and the house is wired for Sonos throughout. Every room has a smart TV and the house has lighting fast 1G fiber internet for streaming or working remote. There is also an additional back game room/living room for the kids to escape to watch something else or play Xbox. There is also a queen pullout couch in the game room for additional sleeping options.

The master has a huge walk in closet and beautiful marble bathroom.
One of the back bedrooms has direct access to the patio and provides additional privacy if needed.

House Rules
There is a Peloton bike studio in the master bedroom you will need your own Peloton account to access Peloton classes.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
Pool or SPA heat can be scheduled for $150+ tax per day (must be scheduled at least 3 days before check in)
Pack Play, Highchairs and Air mattress for $40 each + tax
Pets allowed, max 2 pets. $200 non-refundable pet fee each.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
