Built to provide a spa like getaway you will enjoy an indoor heated pool, sauna, theater room, arcade, outdoor living with fireplace and fantasy suite with mountain views, jetted vessel tub and fireplace. A special farmhouse modern cabin look and feel - there is nothing quite like it. And if you feel like the is a bonus bunk room that sleeps 2. This cabin is brand new and has an empty calendar as it's just been listed - suggest you book it if available it will book fast. Updated photos coming soon, this cabin now has mini blinds for privacy and additional furniture.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Great cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It does need more comfortable furniture the patio couch was not comfy at all, I would have rather sat on a big fluffy couch instead of the theater chairs that don't recline. It was fairly clean but not spotless, alot of dust under the steps and there was broken glass under the patio couch. The pool was amazing. We didn't use the sauna. The bedroom could use a dresser of some sort to put clothes. The water pressure isn't good and takes the hot water awhile to heat up. Overall we had a great stay

Cozy Weekend In

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed at this cabin in January, and we somehow timed it perfectly with a snowstorm. We already planned to try staying in most of the weekend, and the snow helped to solidify that plan. This cabin was perfect for relaxing and enjoying each other's company. We loved the heated pool, the large bathtub, and all of the fireplaces throughout the home. The kitchen also had everything we needed to cook our meals each day. The snow was just the cherry on top, as we felt we spent the weekend in a snow globe with all the windows and beautiful views. I highly recommend this location for couples or small families!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This a very modern cabin in the Gatlinburg area. It’s on a gravel short road (1/4 mile or so) with several other cabins on the same street/culdesac. All are fairly new and it is a safe neighborhood. I felt like the description provided was accurate in regard to amenities. It was very clean and well-maintained. This cabin is very impressive in many regards. Very nice kitchen. I’m not a coffee snob, but the coffee provided was not good (Walmart brand). The theatre was very complex...I believe there was 4 different remote controls. I love that kind of stuff and after watching the video (yes, a video) I thought it would be a piece of cake; but I never was able to even get local channels. There are so MANY ways to make this less complex. the bedroom tv had 3 or 4 different remotes as well but was able to get local channels on that TV. We used the pool and sauna...very refreshing and relaxing. The alarms are unique, but I understand the city of Gatlinburg requires. The furniture was not comfortable although very attractive. We loved the location and proximity to Gatlinburg.

The pool was amazing, the waterfall in the pool could use more water pressure and the lights in the pool need to be changed and be the same color. I would recommend this resort to others, and I will be back myself. The communication with staff was the most helpful and very quick response. Make sure there is propane in the tank before next guest comes. I would still rate a 10/10. Amazing resort.

Anniversary Trip

The furniture placement in the living areas is not a comfy space for just hanging out at the cabin. I was also a little disappointed with the cleaning. We have stayed at other cabins through Elk Springs before and they have always been spotless. However, this cabin was not spotless and really could use a deep clean.

Chilly Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were very nice. Excellent cabin with a fun modern design. Loved the large windows that allowed the expansive views. The private outdoor fireplace was very nice. The only major drawback was the “pool”. The pool is hidden in the basement of the cabin like a lake in a cave. While this is a great private retreat it’s hard to enjoy the chilly waters when there is no sunshine to warm you up and the air temperature is “locked” at a temperature that is appropriate for dry activities and no way to adjust the water temperature. I recognize there are challenges with evaporation/condensation etc however I rented the cabin to be able to use the pool not look at it. This was very disappointing. I’ll have to chose a cabin next year with either an outdoor pool so the sun can warm us or a hot tub that is warm enough to get into. We made the best of it and had a great time anyway.

1st experience at a resort

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Happy we had a place to stay after our original cabin was sold and notified it was no longer on the rental program 21 days before arrival. When we arrived, Cadillac ranch was not clean, dust everywhere, windows dirty, original stickers left on windows, No broom/dust pan to keep clean, left over food in fridge/freezer, no grill, outside tv had no plug, greenish glitter sand by pool, pool was cold even though it was supposed to be heated, no trash cans in containers. Contacted resort, with photos, was told cleaning crew would be by next day and we would be notified before they arrived, to clean windows since we had already cleaned up the best we could. No one every showed up and no text advising that, our trash cans never arrived for the container. Trash we took out sat there all week. Overall served its purpose but could have been better prepared for renters arrival.
