Nouvelle construction pour 2019. Cabine spacieuse de luxe avec espace barbecue donnant sur le centre-ville de Gatlinburg. Vues sur les Smokys et le centre-ville par chaque fenêtre faisant face au nord. Détendez-vous dans votre piscine intérieure privée avec une grande porte donnant sur le pont qui surplombe le centre-ville. Asseyez-vous juste à l'extérieur de la piscine dans le bain à remous et écoutez la cascade qui tombe en cascade dans la piscine.

Accès aux 3 club-clubs du Chalet Village qui comprennent une piscine saisonnière et une salle de musculation. Vient également avec le programme de réduction Chalet Village pour les vendeurs locaux.

Haut niveau
La chambre du 3ème niveau est la plus grande qui occupe toute la superficie de la maison, ce qui vous laisse beaucoup d’espace pour vous étendre. Un lit king-size et une cheminée avec votre propre espace de lecture, une double vasque et une immense douche à l'italienne en carrelage avec deux pommes de douche. Un mur de fenêtres offre une vue unique sur le centre-ville et les magnifiques Smoky Mountains.

Niveau principal
La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée comprend également un mur de fenêtres vous permettant de voir les lumières du centre-ville en soirée et les vues de jour des Smokies. Avec sa propre salle de bain complète et un combo douche / baignoire.

Vous trouverez la cuisine entièrement équipée à ce niveau ainsi que le coin repas et la grande pièce de 2 étages avec une télévision grand écran, une cheminée et un canapé-lit pour les besoins de couchage de vos invités.

Niveau inférieur
Au niveau le plus bas de la maison, vous entrerez dans la zone multimédia avec des jeux d'arcade comme Golden Tee et un stand up multicade proposant une multitude de jeux classiques tels que Pac-man, Galaga, Centipede, Donkey Kong et bien d'autres. En outre, il y a des sièges de théâtre et une télévision grand écran pour regarder un film ou jouer au grand jeu!

De là, vous pouvez accéder à la piscine intérieure chauffée par une porte sécurisée et sécurisée. Ouvrez la porte de la baie pour ouvrir votre expérience aux sons et aux sites des Smokys. Si vos muscles sont fatigués après une longue journée de randonnée ou de shopping, passez la porte de la baie pour vous détendre dans le bain à remous.

À l'extérieur:

Luxury Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cons: It is located on steep hills. You will need AWD to get up the hills or you will be stuck at the bottom of the hill so make sure to rent or drive the proper vehicle. We found ourselves stuck beside another car who had someone to drive them up to their cabin . We were not so lucky with our late arrival so we hiked up the hills in which a drive that would have took a min, took us an hr on foot with what we could carry. That’s our fault so I’ll still give the cabin 5 stars.The open windows have a lot of light which is good and shows the view of the city but I’m paranoid so it would have been nice to close the large open areas with shades . Pros: - The cabin is literally minutes away from the Gatlinburg strip.- A theater/game room. Nice black leather theater seats. Big screen to watch movies.The nostalgia games of pac man. An Air hockey game table would make this even better. But it was a nice room.- The indoor pool, my sister tried it and was unable to heat it up but maybe that was user error. She still enjoyed relaxing in the pool.- The fireplaces. The one in living room and upstairs one in the bedroom was very relaxing - The convenience of 3 bathrooms. One in the pool area and one in each bedroom.- Having available utensils in the kitchen, with dish soap to clean the dishes and laundry packets for the washers to wash your clothes. Also available mini shampoo/conditioner and Bodywash in the bathrooms.- Upstairs the his and her bathroom has his and her shower heads in a large shower. Showering back and forth under both was wonderful.- The mountain views on the bottom floor with rocking chairs and the top floor were nice.- The book shelf with books and comfortable chair to read a book upstairs in the corner of the room was a nice touch.- After finding a last minute rental we were able to enjoy the Ripley’s aquarium which was close.- Customer service was polite

Fell in love with the photos of this cabin and were absolutely blown away at the accurate depiction! This cabin was a dream stay. We were close to all our favorite spots without sacrificing the view. The kids loved the pool and my husband and I relaxed in the hot tub regularly. We even spotted a family of bears right outside the cabin. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious cabin! Amazing views on all three decks. My boys loved the gaming area and enjoyed the pool (although it was a bit chilly). Kitchen had all of the supplies we needed to make meals. Great location- easy to get to town. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Beautiful cabin, partial views of mountain, comfortable beds. Pool was ice cold, informed management a couple of times and said pool was "probably filled with additional water earlier which will make it colder and to report the temperature which was 73. Their reply was pool company made a repair to heater and temp will be back up in a couple of hours. The next day the temp was the same so I again reported it. We rent cabins every year for our vacation and this is the first time with an inground pool so we were excited to use it! They did send someone out at 2 pm who quickly scanned the unit outside and said something about a fuse and left. Management stated they have to wait until the next day to get a fuse? Which is our last day. Pool guy did return with his 3 year old son, lunch and sat at the side of the house for 30 min then left with no communication. I had to reach out to management again that several hours later the pool temp was same. Was informed that heater was not fixable and a manager will be calling. No call, no further communication. Either get a NEW POOL company or STOP ADVERTIZING POOL AS HEATED!Also just some suggestions for any future guests that may stay: Add grilling tools such as a spatulas for grilling, possible soft pillows and warm throw for the couches The app does NOT have the pool security # listed like you suggested. You may think of adding it or continue to receive text asking. Of course from those that like to swim in frigid water.

Fun and Relaxing Stay!

Perfect start to Summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rainwater Falls is an absolute dream! One of the best places we have ever stayed! The entire Bear Tracts team is absolutely AMAZING to work with! This home is gorgeously landscaped, well taken care and has everything you could need to make your stay memorable. The location is excellent and the views, both day and night, are mesmerizing! The outdoor space and parking is well kept, complete with picnic table, grill & fire area. Keep your car doors locked though as we did have a bear visitor in our van! Mr. Bear left when no food was found and left only muddy paw prints behind! The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family! There is a bathroom and large shower space within the pool room, so you do not have to worry about making a wet mess in other spaces. The proximity of the hot tub and pool to each other is not to be overlooked as a major bonus!! Remember to bring your pool towels! The beds were comfortable and extra pillows were also available. Plenty of space to hide away luggage and hang or put away clothing, etc., is available in both rooms. The dual shower heads and giant shower space in the master was a fun extra for our little guys! Each space was very clean with gorgeous views from every angle (even the view from the toilet is top notch, ha!). The kitchen is well stocked and pots and pans are in excellent condition with no scratches or flaking of surfaces. The knives were actually sharp! Cutting boards, dishes, cups, and variety of utensils are also provided. The refrigerator was very clean and like new.Tip: The water takes a while to warm up in all locations (to be expected), and the kitchen sink you need to pull the handle toward you for hot water. But once it gets hot, its HOT! The Team at Bear Tracts, notably Tim and Elliot, were on top of any and everything we had questions on or needed assistance with. Beautiful cabin, beautiful views

The cabin was immaculate and had amazing views from every level. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and golf game. The driveway is very steep and narrow and there is only enough parking on the top flat area for one car so be prepared for that. Also, it appears there was no expense spared with the cabin but the mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The loft bed required you to lay in the middle or you would roll off. This made it difficult to sleep 2 people comfortably. Also, I saw in other reviews as well, the pool temperature was a little too cool. It was not comfortable most of the time- a degree or 2 warmer would have been much more pleasant. Overall the cabin was great and the couple negatives could easily be fixed.

Overall great stay

This cabin was beautiful and had the amenities that we were looking for with the built in pool, hot tub, game room. The views were also spectacular, being able to look down over Gatlinburg was lovely. The only reason why I wouldn't give this 5 stars was that we didn't feel that the finishing touches were consistent with the nightly rate being charged. The provided toiletries were very much lacking in quality, so much so, we avoided using them. I would highly recommend bringing all of your own toiletries, soap, dish soap, and hand towels. We also found that the furniture wasn't very comfortable (beds were great though!) and there were no throw blankets or pillows provided. So, it didn't necessarily have that "cozy" feel. If we stayed again we would bring our own pillows/blanketsAgain, overall we had a great stay! It was just the little things that took away from being able to give a 5-star review.

We loved the cabin we stayed in! Super clean and spacious enough for our group! Everything was easily accessible. The only thing that didn’t work was the waterfall on the pool, and it wasn’t heating the water. Besides that everything else was perfect for our little getaway! Thank you so much
