Peaceful break from the children

The pictures don’t do this place justice it was amazing and the pool was very nice. The best part is sitting on the back porch with a cup of coffee and not a kid around (LOL) would highly recommend staying here

Spring Break for a Young Family

Despite the cons, I would consider staying in this cabin again!Pros:Great location!Newer cabin (2018)Pretty clean on arrival.Pool area was warm/pool was clean.Hot tub was clean.Bed was very comfortable.Nice kitchen with toaster, blender, pots & pans, utensils and more. Washer/dryer on site that seemed to work wellPool towels provided Bathroom in pool areaCons:Floors are very squeakyPool room entertainment system is difficult to manage, even after watching instructional video. We ended up not using it. Alarm for pool room kept malfunctioning and going off despite being pushed. My husband found a loose wire and fixed it. Hot tub was 85 and was in vacation mode. Fortunately I googled how to put it in regular mode and we were able to use it on the second day Refrigerator was not cold. Took overnight to get cold enough to put our food inNo sponge for sink. Had to buy one. Pull out bed was really uncomfortable for my kid.

Excellent Time, Great Cabin!

I did wish there was a gate at the top of the stairs because it is directly across from the back door and worried they would fall coming in and out.

Good for couple to stay!

It is not far from Gatlinburg downtown. We enjoyed the tours at Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Nice cabin, but needs some updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just got back from staying in blackberry springs Cabin. Was a nice cabin but unfortunately had a lot of flaws. Let’s start with the ripped upCouches that had leather material falling off everywhere. Beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. This cabin could be nice if they didn’t skip out on stuff in there. The highlight of this cabin was the pool. The sad part is that I mentioned to “elk springs” about the couches and didn’t really get any reply besides we will replace. Sorry I will not stay there again.

We had lots of space and we were very comfortable. Our cabin came with an indoor pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. We definitely got lots of use out of both. We Absolutely had the best time and cant wait to go back soon. Also, I had to call because we had trouble with our code upon arrival. The lady I spoke to was super helpful and pleasant . She got us right in and we didn't have any further issue.

First night I tried it but the room was too cold and apparently you can’t turn up the heat. Perhaps this is better in summer. The rest of the cabin was clean and smelled nice.
