This conveniently located cabin offers privacy and is just a short distance from the Gatlinburg strip, with more action than you could ever handle in a single day. When you are ready for a more natural experience, you can enter the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, only 1 mile further.

Reliable High-Speed WIFI internet is provided by Spectrum. All TVs are ROKU and streaming apps are available using your own login credentials.

Along with the great location, A Bear's Gatlinburg Splash gives you a taste of luxury on the lower level of the cabin with outdoor seating with a picnic table, cushioned chairs, a hot tub, a charcoal grill, and best of all, you can enjoy a private, heated, salt pool all year round.

On the main level, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals. For more entertainment, you can head to the lower level and challenge one another to a game of shuffleboard or play the new multi-cade with 60 different classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Galaga! Wind down and snuggle up in front of the TV and electric fireplace at the end of the day, or enjoy sitting on the back deck in a rocking chair. Finally, you can retire to the master bedroom with a king bed and an attached full bath.

For additional sleeping space, the living room has a queen pullout couch for those trips you can't take alone.

On the lower level is a second king suite with a full en suite bath.

Bathroom towels and linens are provided. In-site stackable washer and dryer. Pool towels are provided.

The pool is approximately. 10 x 6 and approx 4 ½ feet deep.

The house was beautiful. We saw bears everyday, with a couple being close to the house. This house is located close to Gatlinburg with plenty of discounted tourist attraction passes. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing! Exceeds 5 stars. The house itself is better than advertised. The views from the back deck were absolutely beautiful. We spent hours relaxing on the back porch every morning admiring the views with our coffee. There's so much to do without leaving the house. We played shuffleboard, sat in the hot tub and played nostalgic video games. The kids loved swimming in the indoor pool room. The pool was a great feature for them. The location is perfect. It's only a few minutes to drive to all of the downtown attractions and restaurants, yet still very quiet and peaceful up on the mountain. This place provided some much needed relaxation and family fun. I've already recommended this house to friends and plan to book again next year.

Sometimes you book a stay and get there and it’s nothing like what you thought! But that’s not the case here! Our stay was so awesome!!! Everything was clean, beautiful view, and even got to see a mama bear and a cub!!! Would highly recommend this cabin!

The kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. Our only complaints were the lack of shades on the large bedroom windows upstairs, but thankfully the neighbors are not that close. Also, the humming noise from the pool water pump is right under the upstairs bedroom so a constant noise heard. These were just minor things, overall we really enjoyed the house and are very satisfied!

We tried the pool but ended up having a more enjoyable time in the hot tub. We were able to cook meals in-house with everything they had. Eveything was clean and organized when we arrived. My only problem was with the air conditioner or pool pump that made a very loud rumble all through the night everytime it came on, making it hard to sleep in the upstairs room.

The house was beautiful, but the property has many rules, seem stingy on any cleaning/household supplies, but had strict rules on what needs to be cleaned, they don’t allow you to have a lot of trash or you’re charged, etc. but still left an envelope saying ‘thank you for tip” which just seems distasteful to me.

Firstly I am happy you found that the property was clean, functional, and beautiful. Sometimes these reviews are wild and highly inaccurate. Our departure instructions are "Take your trash to the bins outside the door and run the dishwasher". If that is considered "many rules" then I guess its a rare but a possible perception. There may be a couple of additional comments about closing windows and doors. We do not charge for additional trash either no idea how or why this was fabricated. Starter packs of household supplies are provided and mentioned in our listing.

Amazing property!

Incredible place with superb views of the mountains. My children LOVED the indoor pool and the hot tub and game room. The place is incredibly clean and new. Superb location!

Awesome vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. The house was amazing and the beds were so comfy! We saw a bear behind the property and saw some on a couple of hikes in the smoky mountains. I highly recommend this location and this house!!

Great Location!

Property was exactly as listed and didn’t disappoint. The location is IDEAL for a great Smoky Mountain vacation getaway. Very close to the strip in Gatlinburg, but also perfect for a day in as you have beautiful views of the mountain and we were even lucky enough to observe some bears from the comfort of the balcony.
