Adorable charming cottage. Well stocked with everything we needed. Clean with super comfy beds. Easy walk to shops and cafes. Safe secure quiet neighborhood with a walking path from the lawn to the lake! Loved it!
We loved our stay at the cottage. It was very roomy, well appointed with everything we needed (and then some) and located close to the beach in a wonderful small town.
The property was amazingly well-stocked with necessities and kitchen ware, pantry supplies, beach accessories. The location was in close proximity to town and easily accessible to Lake Superior beach walks. The owner was easy to contact with questions. It met our needs very well.
What a comfortable and lovely cottage! Reminded us of our 100-year old family cottage in Wisconsin--and just as satisfying, as was our long beach walks. Thanks for the hospitality!
Great cottage with everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Fully stocked kitchen! Counter is a little short, but it added to the charm. Nice mix of original woodwork and remodeled upstairs. Very clean and well maintained. We were gone during the day but came back to find the snow plowed from the driveway. Enjoyed family dinners around the table and comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay.
A perfect location for our snowmobile getaway. We were only there two nights and did not use the kitchen but it did appear fully functioning with pots, pans and dishes. The counter height is very low but since we didn't cook it wasn't an issue for us. The listing as a 3 bedroom is not accurate. "Bedroom" #3 is a queen bed in the basement. Certainly not a bedroom and if you are there in the winter it is very cold downstairs. This is a 2 bedroom cottage. Cute as it may be it is not 3 bedrooms. No window or closet to be a legal bedroom.
Older cottage but cute and well kept. Good for families as separate bedrooms and bathrooms are private. Good location, within easy walking distance to downtown. Close to Porcupine Mountain State Park. Would recommend.
Incredible place to enjoy on Lake Superior. The location is perfect for sunrise and sunset beach walks and a quick jaunt to Stubb's Museum Bar (coolest watering hole in the county), the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The hosts really thought of everything. Absolutely love this place and will đŻ stay here again!
This was a good location to explore the Porcupine Mountains from. There were alot of pans and appliances to use. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and they liked the beach. The upstairs bathroom was nice. It is an older home with original woodwork but could use some updating.
