Suncadia Gathering Place is a gorgeous mountain retreat where all your guests can gather at one table. Bask in the added privacy, space, and wildlife sights your vacation rental offers. This custom-built home is where old-fashioned character meets modern comforts. Located on the rolling greens of the Prospector Golf Course in Suncadia Resort, this spacious home is near bike rentals and a skating rink.

The open-concept great room, kitchen, and dining area are a natural gathering place, boasting comfy leather couches and a mountain-stone fireplace. On beautiful sunny days, enjoy a game of horseshoes out back. Soak in the hot tub, or finish that riveting novel while soaking up the natural forested landscape on the screened porch. Once the sun starts to dip behind the horizon, enjoy the fire pit and track the ever-changing constellations in the sky.

There really is something for everyone and plenty of room to gather as a group or find a quiet place to relax alone. The main kitchen and upstairs kitchenette are well-equipped with two refrigerators, one chiller, three dishwashers, two ovens, and a warming drawer. Whether you're whipping together a quick snack for the kiddos, or planning a gourmet feast, you'll have everything you could possibly need. Feast at the rustic table that seats everyone. You could also send the kids off to the eight-seater with games and puzzles to keep them busy as you enjoy that last glass of wine before retreating for the evening. When you're ready for some beauty sleep, take your pick of any of the many sleeping arrangements, including three bedrooms with desks and en suite bathrooms, or one of the multiple bunk rooms with custom-built bunks. One of the suites boasts its own living area, balcony, and kitchen, plus has its own entrance.

This vacation home is not under Suncadia’s Resort and can't use its amenities.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
