Enjoy the panoramic golf course views as you sip on your favorite glass of wine around the fireplace!

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 5. The dining table is just steps away and seats 8 comfortably.

The whole family will enjoy hanging out in the garage game room that features a TV, comfortable couch, ping pong table, and a card table.

The Suncadia Trail System meanders through scenic green belt across the street from the home. Walk or ride your bikes to many of Suncadia's most popular attractions and parks. You can also walk directly to downtown Roslyn within 20 minutes, or to the Coal Chute Cafe in 10 minutes.

** This home is protected with an external security camera facing the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking or parking on vegetation, so please park all cars on the driveway.
