Not even a mile north of the resort is a marina where you can rent pontoon boats or jet skis to ride on the exciting Wisconsin river! The downtown area is just a short drive away, where you can discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions. Don't forget to sample Wisconsin's famous cheese curds! Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

Inside the condo, you'll be met with an airiness and a feeling of relaxation throughout the space. Relax while watching the large TV, or prepare snacks and small meals in the kitchenette to eat at the quaint dining table. Watch the gorgeous sunset from the private balcony with your favorite drink in hand.

Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.
Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
