Perfection

Loved absolutely everything about this house. The bunk room was so great for our group of older teens. Every room was beautifully decorated, and they have thought of and provided everything you could want. The hot tub and sauna were a huge hit with our weary snowboarders. We're already talking about when we can go back!

We plan to stay again

This was a long weekend trip for my family. We loved the home. We liked the design touches around the house so much that we took pictures to incorporate into our home. The kids (8 and 11) LOVED the bunk bed room. We’ve stayed at a number of VRBOs with bunk beds, and these were the best by a good margin. The light in the house is great. We used everything in the backyard…the patio, the hot tub, the disc golf and the tree swings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the finishes were great. The owners did a great job with their renovation of this house. I literally can’t think of anything we didn’t love about the home. The home looks great online, but even better in person. And anyone who stays at VRBOs frequently knows that it’s usually the other way around.

Great getaway for weekend anniversary trip!

Ended up being a perfect stay for our anniversary trip. House was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Especially loved the jacuzzi and sauna! Fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Would absolutely come again. 10/10, definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time here! Compared to other rentals we have stayed at in Flagstaff this is by far one of the best! The house is perfectly maintained and has everything you need to feel at home. They were well stocked with everything we needed and made us feel like we are at an actual resort. We came up here with 2 adults and 4 childeren and had plenty of space. The place is beautiful! I would give this rental more than 5 stars if I could.

Peaceful Flagstaff property

We stayed in this property at the end of May as part of our trip to AZ with our children. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the home was comfortable and lovely and very clean! We very much enjoyed staying here and exploring the area of AZ around Flagstaff.

Beautiful Property

Loved the layout and the location. We spent a snow vacation in Flagstaff. The entry way is well suited to removing our snow clothes and boots, including a bench. This is a very spacious accommodation. So brand new. Well equipt kitchen. The children were so enamored with the hidden play space aka their fort. My husband and sons enjoyed sitting in the hot tub, steam rising around them, surrounded by snow, watching basketball. A great vacation had by all.

Wonderful! Best rental experience we’ve ever had!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with renting this property for a long weekend! I stayed at the property with my family, my husband and children ranging from 3 to 11 years old. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. Normally the older ones want to sleep in separate bedrooms, but this room had such large beds, unlike normal bunkbeds. They happily all slept in the same room, and we didn’t even use the extra bedroom. Thank you for putting blackout shades in the bunk bed room as well so my kids weren’t up with the sun!!! The secret kids’ loft was also a huge hit, as was the popcorn and candy machine. The very generous welcome basket was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. As for myself and my husband, we loved the layout of the house, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the hot tub/outdoor TV was so relaxing. The TVs have every channel you can think of. Never had a problem with the Internet. The workout room and sauna looked amazing, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them. The kitchen and laundry rooms were well stocked. Everything was extremely clean, well-maintained and in practically new condition. And on top of this the house was beautifully decorated. The owners really thought of everything! They were also extremely communicative and easy-going. The checkout process was a breeze. First vacation in a long time it actually felt like a vacation. We can’t wait to go back again!

Flagstaff home

This beautiful flagstaff home is nicely upgraded and decorated. They have a great bunk bed room for the children. And a fun loft area for kids to hide out in too! There is a great workout room with sauna, that was an added bonus. The backyard was great and had plenty for kids to do. The house is well equipped with high end kitchen utensils, and cookware. But the best part of this house is the owners, their check in/check out process is the easiest out of any house I’ve stayed at, and they are great with communication! Very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

This was by the far the cleanest house we have ever stayed in with the easiest check in and check out process we have ever had to do. The house was extremely well stocked, very clean, great hot tub, sauna and a work out room. The house was wonderful and the Christmas tree was an awesome addition. The property owners Ryan and Emily are awesome and provided the most detailed check in and check out information we have ever had. We loved this property and hope to stay here again in the future! Flagstaff mid century perfection!

This is hands down our favorite property we've stayed. I hope you bring a camera because this home is instagrammable from every angle. It is styled to perfection with every amenity imaginable. The hosts have considered every need that might arise like coffee the morning after a late night arrival and early wake up and towels for the hot tub outside. The beds are super comfortable, and the house is immaculately clean. You won't find a more perfect stay in Flagstaff. Thank you, Ryan and Emily, for helping to make this a fantastic first trip west!

Flag Trip/ mid modern / House

We were lucky enough to stay at this fabulous house. Everything is so carefully laid out, the house itself is absolutely gorgeous and my family felt right at home.. We truly enjoyed every bit of this house, from the hot tub, sauna, & the kids loft. The hosts were extremely thorough and covered everything before and after. Made our stay even more comfortable .. This home is absolutely stunning. Bonus, was a sauna and workout room off the master bedroom. Our children enjoyed staying here. The remodel of the home was phenomenal! You will not be disappointed when you book this home away from home!

Perfect Northern AZ getaway

We loved our stay here!!!! Only a couple hours from home and was perfect for a short trip although we wished we could have stayed longer! We had multiple adults on this trip and four children under the age of 6 with us and it accommodated everyone perfectly! They did an absolutely amazing job with the property, everything is so FRESH, new and CLEAN!!!!! The kids loved the kids fort and hot tub (so did the adults!) and we had fun roasting hot dogs and s'mores outside. Owner was very responsive and provided all amentities needed including the pack and play and high chair for the baby. PRO TIP; if you're traveling with a baby the closet in the master is HUGE and perfect to fit the pack and play for a pitch black and quiet night for the baby (iykyk haha). Neighborhood was very quiet and we found plenty of fun things to do within 5 minutes from the property. I've already shared the link to this property with multiple friends! We will definitely be back! Thank you Ryan and Emily!

Amazing House!

The pictures don't do this property justice. The furnishings and decorations were all up to date and everything was spotless! Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Even had phone charging station for every connection imaginable. Kids enjoyed camping out in the fort and hanging out in the hot tub. TV outside was a really nice touch. Will not hesitate to stay at this house again. Ryan was very responsive!

Great stay in Flagstaff

We had an absolutely great time at this house. It was immaculate and the design details were impeccable. This house was incredibly well stocked with every need considered. Our kids absolutely loved the kids loft, candy machine, and outdoor kids course. They said it "was the best house they've ever stayed in!" The hot tub was clean and new.
