Or catch the game on the 75 in. tv while you play pool in the game room. And on those beautiful snowy days, cozy up by the dual sided fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 80 in. living room tv.

The open floor plan of this home makes it the perfect place to stay with friends and family. The living room is furnished with a large couch and 80 in. screen tv along with a dual-sided fireplace. Alongside the living room is the dining table large enough to accommodate six. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishware, flatware, and appliances as well as a large pantry. The laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find the game room furnished with a 75 in. tv as well as a pool table, couch, and board games to pass time.

THINGS TO DO:
There are many exciting things to try in and around Flagstaff! This property is only 30 minutes away from Arizona Snowbowl where you can ski/snowboard or enjoy a chairlift overlooking the Ponderosa Pinetrees. There are several scenic parks such as Buffalo Park or Walnut Canyon National Monument nearby as well. On Route 66 closer to downtown, be sure to check out the Lowell Observatory where Pluto was discovered. Through Downtown Flagstaff, you will find many local restaurants, bars, shops, and more! Less than an hour out you can find yourself exploring the city of Williams, where you can find Bearizona. You can also find yourself on a majestic 30-minute drive towards the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. If you’ve got time, don’t miss the magnificent sunrise at the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, only an hour and a half away! We provide the best accommodation to provide comfort and relaxation just like we wanted ourselves to have when we travel!

Great stay in quiet neighborhood

This house was great! Very spacious in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great time playing pool to end the night. Rafael is an amazing host. Very quick to respond and extremely accommodating.

Our third time staying at Flagstaff Escape

We love this house! It is comfortable and SPOTLESS. My kids really enjoy the game room and making smores at the firepit. Close to the Polar Express and North Pole Experience. Raffy is quick to reply and accommodating.

Stress free wedding weekend

The property was spacious and immaculate, and better than described. We didn’t want for anything the entire weekend. E ermine had their own bedroom and bathroom and the beds were super comfy and the plush towels rivaled the most luxurious hotels. It was close to the wedding venue and easy to get to other parts of town as well. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great Getaway

House was clean, well furnished. Owners were responsive. The only real upgrade they could use is a new grill outside. Otherwise it was a really nice home. Quiet and well located.

Amazing Family Vacation

This was our first time renting a VRBO, and this home did not disappoint. We absolutely loved it! The owner was accommodating and easy to get in touch with and responded to questions almost immediately. The floor plan was open and spacious, and the home was beautifully decorated. I would not hesitate to use them again if we return to Flagstaff.

Amazing property!!!

The pics don’t do the property justice. It’s brand new, modern, stylish, plenty of room for everyone and in a very quiet location. The pool table, multiple big screen TVs and hot tube provide plenty of fun for everyone. The host was amazing and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Amazing Getaway

This rental property is wonderful! It’s huge! Perfect for large families or multiple families. Everyone in our group had plenty of privacy and the open concept living area is the perfect gathering place. The home is beautifully decorated. The open concept living/dining and kitchen is very spacious with enough room for the family to gather. For dinner one night we were 9 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space. The kitchen and butler’s pantry are fully stocked. Cooking is a breeze. We enjoyed the front and back patio. The hot tub was an added bonus for the adults! You can easily see the home is well taken care of. It was very, very clean. The towels and linens were abundant and of a high quality. Don’t hesitate to book this gem for your next Flagstaff getaway! We hope to be able to return to enjoy another long July 4th weekend. Thank you, Rafael and family!

Pretty good stay

Pros: 1. Location is great. The new business loop makes it super easy to get all the way from the south end of Flagstaff to the north end. This is a huge improvement in recent years. 2. The house held our group of 8 very nicely. It was roomy and comfy and made it possible to have meals together instead of having to fight graduation crowds at restaurants.3. Mattresses are comfy, decor is nice. Cons: 1. There was dog hair on the bedding so we had to wash all of our sheets before we could sleep in the beds. 2. There were also several places where animals had peed, and even though they were spot treated, it's left a dog odor in the house. It didn't stink or interfere with our weekend. It was just noticeable and less than ideal for the price we paid. We had a good weekend together there, but we'll find a different property next time that doesn't allow pets. Suggestions: 1. Don't allow pets. If not for the animal smell and hair, this could become a guest favorite. 2. Keep small fans in each closet. Masking highway traffic with a little white noise would be a nice touch, and the upstairs gets super hot! Having a fan in those rooms would have been really nice to keep air moving.3. Keep a few thinner pillows in the closet. Bed pillows are pretty thick. Having options is always nice since guests are all different.

Quick trip to Flagstaff for home AC repair

This was our second trip to this home and enjoyed this trip as. Much as the first. There are a few things that we would like to suggest for making our stay just a bit better. 1.) Use of TV’s, instructions on how to use. Why different in other rooms. 2.) There was a griddle and charcoal grill this time but the regulator needs removed from griddle as it does not get hot enough to cook an egg. 3.) additional TP and paper towels. 4.) additional patio furniture in back and some in the front. 5.) reduced pricing for return clients. Overall place is great and we will certainly be back. Thank you Todd and Kellie Huston

Flagstaff New Year’s

This is a great property if you’re staying in the Flagstaff area close to downtown but enough of the way out to really see some great stars at night. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. We stayed there with our adult children, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The living room kitchen and dining area is perfect. We were there for eight nights and cooked every meal at the house. Great pantry and workable kitchen. Love the two bedrooms that are downstairs that can act like two primary bedrooms. The hot tub was great and was easy to use and operate along with the charcoal grill. You like that it was a charcoal grill because many times when we stay at VRBO’s, there is a propane or gas grill that very seldom work. So a very simple charcoal grill was nice to see. Upstairs had a great game room with the pool table and a large TV. The bedroom situation worked out well for six adults. A nice bonus was having access in use of the garage

Perfect Getaway in the Pinea

This is a beautiful new home and the owners spared no expense to make this property special. It is well appointed and very suitable for large parties. The house is perfectly situated for easy access to all that Flagstaff has to offer in a serene area where you can sit on the patio and stare at the stars. It was a magical visit. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Home

This is a beautiful, modern home. Extremely clean and organized. Extra touches like tea, coffee, creamer, and spices all provided. Beautiful neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Plenty of room for families. Owner was very receptive and easy to communicate with. Overall a great stay!

Outstanding Property!

New upscale home in a great neighborhood. Fantastic location, near everything cool Flagstaff has to offer, but just far enough outside of town to be quiet, relaxing, and a great mountain experience. Home is HUGE, and very well laid out for visiting and watching sports. Giant flat panel TVs, spacious bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of small personal amenities that you'd normally find in a nicer hotel. Thanks to the host Raffi, he responds immediately to any and all inquiries and is always helpful and friendly.

Perfect Place

This house is very well appointed. The design work is beautiful and the finishes were well above par. We want to come back again and stay at this spacious and comfortable home that easily accomodated five of us with enough bathrooms and bedrooms for all. Great house!

Great property in nice neighborhood in Flag

This property is excellent. It is new house in a new development (but the construction has no impact on the home) and is better in person than the pictures show. And, the host has thought of every need. He was also very responsive to any questions we had. I had 6 adults and 2 older kids with us, and would highly recommend!

We chose this neighborhood because we found it to be quiet, with amazing forest/Mountain View, close to NAU and their town but far enough not be bothered. A lot of outdoor activities that you can enjoy around the community!
