The space
Right around the corner from the southside "strip" on Main Street, this condo offers modern comfort and location, location, location. There is a parking spot and private entrance for your convenience included with two bedrooms with large closets, two bathrooms , living room with a comfy sofa, two balconies, fully stocked kithen and laundry room.

The downstairs bedroom closet is stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, filtered water, keurig coffee and tea and snacks. In case you need them, a pac n' play and sheets, iron and ironing board, and extra blankets are also included, located in the master bedroom closet. Wifi and Hulu+ are offered complimentary. The condo also comes with a house manual with recommendations on where to eat, drink, play and shop--everything you might need to have an enjoyable stay.

Please be aware that the downstairs bedroom and bathroom are accessible without using the stairs but there is a flight of stairs to the main floor (kitchen and living room) and another flight to the master suite.
Guest access
You will have one designated parking space marked with # 6 and then follow the sidewalk to your private back entrance into the downstairs bedroom or walk around to the the front entrance located on Cowart street.
