This charming bungalow will give you a quiet family friendly stay in a central location that is minutes from downtown, Coolidge park, The Aquarium, Rock City, Ruby Falls, hiking trails, malls, grocery stores, Wal-Mart, gas stations, restaurants, and the interstate. Catered for guests that want to relax. We apologize but no parties, pets, or smoking in the property and extra fees or possible termination of reservation may apply. Fun Spring Break trip

We had alot of fun......it was a comfortable and homey atmosphere for 2 adults and 2 teen boys with several extras I dont normally have ;) Adrienne has one of the best check in/out processes and very informative for the surrounding area. Very close to many things and Would stay again.

Two adult couples stayed here for a long weekend. Perfect quiet location within an easy driving distance of most attractions! Host was very communicative!

Perfection!

Great place to homebase for our family’s yearly pre-Christmas getaway. We enjoyed many of Chattanooga’s amenities and this was a great location to do that from. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and clean

As soon as we walked in you could smell how clean the house was. Everything in this house was clean . Trust me I looked everywhere. Just enough decor to make it quaint. I would definitely recommend this house .

Great stay in Chattanooga

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4, including 2 little ones. Check in was easy and the place was clean and met all our needs. Great location, never more than 10-15 min from just about everything in Chattanooga. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful overnight in Chattanooga

This is a charming property, just as advertized. About 8 min from everywhere we wanted to go! Check in was EASY! House very comfortable. Wish we were staying longer! There is both a Keurig and reg coffee maker with with kcups and a coffee station. Nice kichen .Thank you.

Thanksgiving in Chattanooga

Fabulous 5 star property in a great location close to everything but in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Easy check in, spotless, cozy, and perfect inside and out. Great communications with the host and we had the best time ever. You can't go wrong with this property.

Great Chattanooga Location

The property was easy to find and is in a neighborhood with other cute bungalow style homes. The location was convenient to many good restaurants and tourist attractions. The house was very clean and had all the essentials we needed for our weekend stay. If we are in the area again, we'll definitely book another stay.

Perfect Chattanooga get away

We stayed for two nights to take part in the train museum’s Christmas ride! Location was perfect, close to downtown, reasonable drive to the train museum. Pretty little house, in a neighborhood that has been recently flipped. Great setup for three generations in the home, plenty of room, bathrooms were clean and modern , kitchen was good for eat in meals with kids. On street parking and also in the rear of property—very nice, we would stay again

Excellent property

This house was adorable! It was an old house but had been remodeled beautifully. I loved the old doors!! Everything was exactly as described, and everything we needed was provided. Plenty of linens, bathroom supplies, and kitchen supplies. When im back in chattanooga, id stay here again.

Such a gem!

This property was as described. It was so clean, in a quiet area, and so easy to get to everything we needed. The host, Adrienne, was so very helpful, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Having two full bathrooms in this home was such a blessing! Staying here really felt like "home". It was comforting, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely stay here again.

College Friends Get-together

Fall girls trip. Property is clean, nicely decorated, roomy, and exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood with easy street parking and available on-site parking. Location is close to great restaurants and easy access to tourist spots. Host is friendly and responsive with detailed information. Will absolutely stay again.
