This charming bungalow will give you a quiet family friendly stay in a central location that is minutes from downtown, Coolidge park, The Aquarium, Rock City, Ruby Falls, hiking trails, malls, grocery stores, Wal-Mart, gas stations, restaurants, and the interstate. Catered for guests that want to relax. We apologize but no parties, pets, or smoking in the property and extra fees or possible termination of reservation may apply. Absolutely perfect.We stayed here for my wife to run in a nearby race and I couldn’t be happier about it.It was so incredibly clean, and was very quiet to be located so close to the city.The beds are so comfortable and every room has a smart tv. Can’t wait to come back.

Loved this house and location . Super clean and has a washer and dryer, with the amenities that you need to do a load of laundry. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet .

We had the most enjoyable stay at our VRBO rental in Chattanooga! Our place was so tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we could have ever needed! The cottage was very clean, very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit, and had the most comfortable beds! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch too! This is definitely a gem and we were so pleased with everything about our stay! Our host was amazing and provided us with clear instructions for checking in and out. Her suggestions for dining were very helpful! Excellent in every way!

Check in and check out procedures very easy. Beds extremely comfortable, plenty of sleeping options. Home very cozy, and location ideal. Everything was less than 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again :)

We stayed here for a week for a national meeting of my church’s denomination. It was a pleasant neighborhood and very convenient to get to downtown. The host was very easy to contact and very helpful.

Fun Spring Break trip

We had alot of fun......it was a comfortable and homey atmosphere for 2 adults and 2 teen boys with several extras I dont normally have ;) Adrienne has one of the best check in/out processes and very informative for the surrounding area. Very close to many things and Would stay again.
