Surrounded by lush native foliage, a private fenced backyard showcases a gorgeous in-ground swimming pool and a spacious paver stone patio furnished for outdoor living with a covered lounge and separate dining area. The grill provides the makings for the perfect backyard barbecue, and a gas firepit offers an evening ambience for starlight gatherings.

Family-friendly fun and competition await in the game room equipped with Ping-Pong, foosball, and a classic pinball machine.

The home's single-level interior comes fully updated and appointed for modern comfort. Separate living and family rooms each feature comfortable sofa seating, smart TVs for cozy group gatherings, and flexible entertainment options. A sunny home office between the kitchen and patio slider offers a quiet place for remote work or study needs. The kitchen showcases gorgeous new counters, a backsplash, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy-breezy meal prep and cleanup. There's seating at the breakfast bar, and full meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table. Essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House was clean and kitchen well stocked. It’s on a nice quiet street. The unheated pool was torture to look at as the water was too cold to swim. I would have gladly paid a little extra for a heated pool. Living room furniture needs to be replaced and the drapes too.

Perfect May Stay

This was a great quiet secluded getaway. Everything in the listing is accurate, and it’s a quick walk to the beach. We were able to enjoy many local attractions while also being able to relax and enjoy the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Best family vacation to date

The house was amazing had plenty ti keep 4 teens busy inside and out with the game eoom and pool, it was so heldpul that the beach supplies like an umbrella and chairs were provided. The beach was within walking diatance along with mulptile dining options and things to do. Would definelty rent again.

Great Honeymoon Spot!

We stayed in this house for a week during our honeymoon. When we arrived the house was clean, with a binder including all information we needed to know including things to do in the area. The rooms were comfortable with lots of space, and the house had tons of games that we could utilize on rainy days or in the evening. The garage/game room was a super cool space that had everything we needed for a quick walk or bike to the beach! The backyard is beautiful with a gorgeous, clean private pool, grill and lounge area. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great time!

Wonderful respite to some Florida sunshine. Well-appointed property, kept up well. Missed the heated pool and hot tub. Could use a disposal in the kitchen as well. But overall…excellent.

Lovely Place to Call Home

Our family of eight enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Pros: the well maintained pool, outdoor space, grill, gaming in garage, plentiful bedding & towels, well appointed kitchen, updated appliances, bikes, neighborhood. Cons: garage was unbearably hot (a large fan for doing laundry and gaming would be great!), pool vacuum is a nuisance with eight people swimming, beds were not comfortable. Overall, this was a lovely place to call home for a week.

Couples get away to FL

This house was very clean and well appointed. Nice dishes, pots and pans, tableware. Comfy furniture and beds. Nice outdoor space for relaxing and dining. But the pool and hot tub were not able to be heated, despite Vacasa's repeated assurances that this would be remedied. It was one of the reasons that we picked this house. Big disappointment.

Excellent large home in Cocoa Beach

Rented for a week in January. Fully updated house, newer kitchen and bathrooms, everything is fully stocked. High end appliances. Quality sheets and towels. The pool is gorgeous, landscaping is well done and provides full privacy. We took complimentary bikes to the beach which took under 10 minutes. Walking was longer, maybe 15-20 minutes. Ping pong table was so much fun! Several TVs throughout the house. Lots of room for the family to spread out. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Heaven, in Cocoa Beach

This beautiful home has Everything you could need. The three bedrooms can sleep 7 people comfortably, plus there is a Pulled out sofa, in living room. The Main bath and Ensuite bath are lovely. New appliances, beautiful kitchen, games room, not to mention the beautiful pool/ whirlpool area in the backyard. The covered pergola lounge area, dining area and loungers are fantastic. Frankie, the pool vacuum cleans, the pool while you watch. There are at least 10 beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and a foldable wagon to roll your goodies to the Beach. Roughly, a 10 min. Walk away. These are a few of the reasons we enjoyed Our Stay! There are even floaties, for the pool! Loved this house and would return in a ❤️Beat!
