Get away and make this spacious home with private screened backyard & pool your own sanctuary. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, and outdoor kitchen area to take full advantage of the sunshine and heated pool. Located in Cape Coral’s Rose Garden area, you’re 3 minutes from Tarpon Point Marina, 10 minutes from Downtown Cape Coral’s shops and restaurants, and 30 minutes from Sanibel & Fort Myers’ beaches.

The Space:
The home has a King’s & Queen’s Suite that share a Master Bathroom, the King’s room has 1 King bed and the Queen’s room has 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom is a Mini-Master Suite with 1 king bed and private bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full size beds and a separate third full bed with a pullout twin bed underneath, this room is perfect for kids or adults to share and has a bathroom down the hall. The living space is an open floorplan with a dining area and plenty of couches to lounge comfortably. There’s a gameroom with bean bags, chairs, and a Playstation to play movies. There are 2 smart TV’s (Family Room & Game Room) connected to WiFi to log into your streaming services.

The screened in backyard offers plenty of space and seating to enjoy the pool which is equipped with a waterfall and spa. The pool lights, waterfall, heater, and spa jets are all operated at the control panel in the outdoor kitchen. There’s an electric griddle, stove, & small grill in the outdoor kitchen and a covered dining table to eat and enjoy the day.

Guest Access:
Keypad access allows for convenient self check-in.

The garage is NOT accessible for guests however the large driveway offers parking for up to 6 cars.

Other Details:
Disclosure: There are 3 security cameras around the exterior of the house covering the entrances and pool. The cameras are for security and liability protection for both the guests and owner in the case an incident should occur (theft, damage, tampered equipment, etc.).

Location/Getting Around:
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within a mile from Tarpon Point & The Westin (marinas/shops/restaurants) and Cape Harbour is only a 3-mile drive away. Downtown Cape Coral offers more shopping and restaurant options and is only 4 miles away. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel offer popular beach destinations and Downtown Fort Myers are all about 30 minutes away from the house.

Wonderful location, perfect layout

We had 2 great weeks at this property. Our family really enjoyed the pool area. Close walking distance to the marina and convenient to the downtown area. The listing is accurate. Would love to come back.

Awesome!

The place was very clean and had plenty of space for our group. The outdoor hangout area as the crown jewel. It offers swimming, grilling out, eating, drinking, and relaxing in one big area. Our entire party enjoyed our week long stay. We had 4 kids under 12 and 6 adults and it was perfect.

The place is very clean has all the necessities plus more. Loved the location, very quiet, great for walking, close to local entertainment & shopping. The pool area is very nice and clean but could have used a couple lounge chairs. We had a great stay!

Amazing Stay

We’ve been renting different properties in Cape Coral for 6 years, and this might just be our favorite one! A lot of area and room to spread out, giving the kids room to play games and the adults to chat. The kitchen was fully stocked and labeled which was a huge plus! There were some delicious oils for guest use which brought our cooking up a notch :) The pool, hot tub and entertaining area outside also did not disappoint. Top notch and we’d definitely stay again!

Above and Beyond!!!

This home was BEAUTIFUL, spacious and clean and well above and beyond our expectation!! We had a group of three cousins and spouses staying in this four bedroom home for a couple of weeks from January 6 through the 20th and felt like we could spread out and feel comfortable and right at home. From its well appointed furnishings and decor to the large and amazing pool area which included a fabulous outdoor kitchen, we never really felt like we needed to leave. The weather was mostly in the 70s or lower 80s, which we loved since we were escaping extreme cold at home. We did leave the house a few times to visit some of the tourist attractions and found that we were centrally located to many of the destinations we wanted to visit, such as Marco Island, Everglade City, Naples, Caspersen Beach (for shark teeth hunting) Venice Beach, Anna Maria Island, Manatee Park and Deep Sea Fishing (Pinchers restaurant on Tarpon Point will cook up your fish for you, which we highly recommend, (DELICIOUS!!) and so much more! The owners were easy to work and very helpful. You can’t go wrong with this rental and it won’t disappoint!!

Excellent Home in a Nice, Quiet Area of Cape Coral

This is a beautiful home – I think we were the first guests after it was majorly redone. There were 11 of us total, all family, including 8 adults and 3 kids aged 3 and below. The inside of the home is large enough to be quite comfortable for all of us, as is the nice pool area out back. The weather wasn’t the best so it was nice to have a large enough home where we weren’t stepping on each other. It’s in a very quiet area of Cape Coral without commercial activity nearby except for the Westin Hotel that’s a really nice complex with shops and restaurants. The hosts are outstanding. They had the home prepared for us as if we were special guests – even having a Christmas tree up for us and other winter/Christmas decorations. And lots of games and little extras in the home for us to use. The property manager is an excellent communicator.

Absolutely GORGEOUS!

This house went above and beyond our expectations. From the booking process, communication with the property manager to our actual stay, there was not one thing we have for complaints. Then the stay itself felt like home away from home. Our boys loved the pool and all the water toys! There was plenty of rooms and beds to sleep us all comfortably. Several bathrooms so no one had to wait to shower ever and hot water never ran out. Very nice washer and dryers to keep up on our laundry as well. This house had many little details covered that we wouldn’t have thought of coming from Wyoming and not really knowing all that we would need for our time in Florida! Every detail about this house helped make our amazing vacation flawless and memorable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! We highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Cape Coral!
