Great location, we felt at home, and view was amazing. Very easy to communicate with host and enjoyed having the personal touch of the welcoming and day of departure. Would highly recommend The Seabim team.

Relaxing Christmas Vacation

BOEYARO was everything and more than we wanted it to be for our pre Christmas vacation. The home is beautiful and was a place we wanted to be at the majority of the time but was also close to many things to do and wonderful places to eat. The pool was amazing, as was the view. The space is very spread out so everyone could have their own space when needed. We had a fantastic vacation. Thank you!

Gorgeous Home with Incredible Views!

When you walk into the front door, the views take your breath away! We were able to see dolphins swimming nearby from the living room! Each room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. We traveled with our 11mo old and the highchair and pack-n-play were high quality and easy to set up for our little one. The lanai is huge and we spent hours each day enjoying the pool and seating area. During our stay, the hot tub was checked on, the lawn cared for and the screen to the pool area was repaired. We chose to also rent a boat for the week and the property management was incredible to work with. We would love to return!

Cape Coral Stay

The home was clean for the most part. We found some cockroaches at the property. Also, the remotes for the lights and fans for a couple of rooms were not working.

Thank you, appreciate your feedback. You spent your vacation in Florida, the Tropics. There are always roaches and it is just impossible to avoid them. We try our best and treat all homes on a regular basis (proactive!) and because of that we do not have many problems in our 50 homes. Otherwise we would not have 5 star reviews all over the place. However, it is just impossible to keep a house in Florida 100% roach-free. They always find a way in. As long as they are dead the system works. Only if the are alive inside the house running fast an extra pest service is necessary. Remotes: I am pretty sure they were working but sometimes it is difficult to figure out how they do work. Your guest consultant should have explained the remotes to you. Right now I do not why he did not. I apologize.

The house was great, however, the ice maker on the 1st floor did not work, the hot tub would not heat and on the 1st day a palm branch fell through the screen in the pool area and was not repaired while we were there which resulted in many insects in the pool area. We did let the property manager know about the ice maker and the screen

Thank you James. I am very sorry there were a few things not as they should have been. We strive to offer a great service and 5 FULL star ratings for our company on Google show that we are offereing service above average. However, even we are not perfect. We will do better next time.

Wonderful Tuscan Oasis

The house is absolutely beautiful with attention to detail. All bedrooms are ensuite and very spacious. My husband still had to work while we were there so the desk in the upper level worked out perfect. Harold, the property manager is very kind and attentive and enjoyable to talk to. The only disappointment was the outdoor spa as the jets are weak and the breaker trips whenever you attempt to heat it up so never gets beyond room temp. Hopefully that will be resolved soon, All that to be said, not a deal breaker for us. We would definitely rent again.

A wonderful stay in a gorgeous house!

We spent a wonderful week in this gorgeous house. I was with my husband and our 2 years old son and we have appreciated the beauty of the house, its decoration, the space and the cleanliness. Inside, there was everything we needed and we felt completely at home. The place around is beautiful and very quiet. Peter, who is in charge of check in and out has been really kind and very helpful. He gave us all information we needed for our various visits. This is an experience we will renew for sure.
