This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse located in the Nihilani complex in Princeville is the perfect spot for your family vacation. Spacious and inviting, the home has air conditioning throughout, a fully loaded kitchen, a large living area to enjoy and just about every amenity you can imagine. The complex has an awesome pool, jacuzzi and grill area as well... awesome for sunny days.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow is this place not only beautifully decorated (most have been by a designer!). It is also very comfortable (the beds, pillows, furniture, etc). It has everything you could want on vacation ,beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, cooler etc and the kitchen is fully equipped. The floor plan is so awesome and the pool and community feels lush and tropical. There really isn't anything I would change. It's absolutely perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we walked through those doors I knew our stay at Nihilani would be a memorable one. The condo is much more open and spacious than I expected and the pictures don’t do it justice! I absolutely loved staying here with our family and my sister’s family. The kitchen has everything you need, from making coffee in the morning to cooking meals and hosting a small family gathering. We were thankful for all of the beach supplies in the garage and had fun using the boogie boards at Hanalei beach. Kaua’i is our home away from home and we loved staying on the North Shore during this visit. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to take out the kayak because we were busy with the wedding and visiting other family members on the island, but we appreciate that it was included. Maybe next time we’ll get the chance to take it out! Thank you Lisa for making our check-in easy and having the van parked and ready for us at the airport when we arrived. You really helped alleviate some of the stress that can often arise with traveling (especially with children). We appreciate your hospitality and look forward to booking with you all in the future. Paradise in Kauai!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Nihilani was excellent! The home was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy Kauai including beach chairs/toys, a full kitchen, plenty of linens, bikes, pool floats, etc. Communication with the property manager was fast and easy, though we hardly needed to communicate with her as everything went very smoothly. There is a shopping center about a mile away with a grocery store, coffee shop, bar, ice cream store, and restaurants which was convenient. The pool was only a few houses away and very well maintained. One of our favorite things was the hike down to Queen’s Bath, which was walking distance from the home! We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to return!
