A 10-minute drive to world-famous Hanalei Bay, & a 10-minute walk to Hideaways beach. The condo has all the amenities of a world-class resort. Tropical Hawaiian Community area includes fabulous, shared pool with waterfall, pool side cabana along with semiprivate spa area & BBQ island in Hawaiian garden settings
The space
Our 1874 sq ft condo has been tastefully remodeled, furnished & decorated - keeping comfort and relaxation in mind. We provide you with all COMPLIMENTARY amenities, so you do not need to worry on your trip. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap & hair dryer, paper towels, kitchen sponge, dish soap, garbage bags & other cleaning products. Weâve created a nice environment for our guests in the condo. Comfortable, sparkling clean & up to date. Our condo has bi-level floor plan. Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, bathroom & lanai are ground level. Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Office space, Lanaiâs & Laundry room are located on the second level. What makes our condo so special is being able to relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from your private lanai and the endless rainbows early in the mornings. We have a beautiful view of the mountains and lovely trade winds that can be felt throughout the condo.
The Master bedroom is your own relaxing oasis with a California King bed, queen size day bed, large 55â LG smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar. Master Bathroom has walk in shower, soaking tub and walk in closet. This is fully stocked with Kauai Refill shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
The Guest bedroom #1 is your own relaxing oasis with a California King bed, Lanai with seating to enjoy the sunrises, a large 42â LG smart TV and spacious closet. Separate sink with pocket door to Jack & Jill Bathroom with shower/tub and is fully stocked with Kauai refill shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
The Guest bedroom #2 is your own relaxing oasis with a Queen bed and walk in closet. Separate sink with pocket door to Jack & Jill Bathroom with shower/tub and is fully stocked with Kauai refill shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
The Office space is equipped with new electric sit/stand desk, dual monitors ready for Microsoft Surface plug in, computer speakers, printer, futon to relax in with 2 windows and a ceiling fan. Make this space your remote work from home location while enjoying a nice view of the Mountains.
Thoughtfully designed simple boho style living room that is bright and breezy. There is a large 65â LG smart TV with Bluetooth soundbar, 2 comfortable couches to enjoy movies in your down time. The large lanai off the living room has seating for four and is perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings or having a glass of wine and barbequing in the evenings.
Newly remodeled state of the art kitchen, features granite counters, open shelfing, Large kitchen island with 4-bar stools, brand new appliances including a full-size refrigerator with ice cold filtered water dispenser, wine/beverage refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, Toaster, Vita Mix blender, Drip coffee machine, coffee grinder, dinnerware, and glassware. Salt, Pepper & olive oil. There is a new electric BBQ on the outdoor lanai with BBQ tools.
The dining room has a full dining table that seats 6 adults very comfortably.
The ceiling fans throughout the house are top of the line and with the trade winds combined gives you the perfect breeze.
You have space for one midsize car. Perfect so your car is safe & can be parked away from the sun and rain. Electronic garage-door opener and Keypad for convenience. The garage also has 4 foldable beach chairs, 2 single seater Kelty camp chairs and one double seat Kelty camp chair, 1 beach umbrella, 2 adult boogie boards, 2 kids boogie boards, 1 8â soft top long board, 2 stand up paddle boards, 1 foldable beach wagon, 2 mountain bikes, 1 2-seater kid jogger/bicycle trailer, snorkel gear, & cooler. Direct access from the garage to the house, there is a hose right outside of the garage for washing sand and dirt off. (Use of all equipment is at the renterâs own risk.)
There is a brand-new washer and dryer for your convenience on the second-floor laundry room. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
