Located in the city's Historic Eastside just a mile-and-a-half from Santa Fe Farmers Market, this abode home offers a charming perch that is a mere stroll from the famous Canyon Road. After a day spent visiting local art galleries and tasting the local fare, unwind in one of the home's private outdoor spaces. One patio features a gas grill and a shaded dining table that seats four - an ideal spot for afternoon cookouts. An additional patio with a tranquil water fountain boasts more seating for dining and lounging in the sun.

Classic Santa Fe architectural finishes feature throughout the home. The entryway leads to a sunlit living room framed by windows and locally-inspired art. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace and flip channels on the smart TV. In the spacious kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances, a Viking range, and a wall of glass-door cabinets that house dishware and dining utensils. Ample counter space makes meal prep a breeze while a two-person kitchen bar lets you keep the chef in your group company as they cook. When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person dining table.

Historic neighborhood

Loved the property. Nicely appointed and maintained. Enjoyed BOTH outdoor spaces. Great kitchen - well stocked with all necessary tools. Very comfy beds. Best accommodations in Santa Fe yet!

Charming very clean home. Loved the decorations and supplies such as the spice cabinet! Wonderful kitchen. Pascal the cleaning person was great and patient as we left about ten minutes after ten. All instructions were clear and grill, AC etc all easy to use. Of course perfect location. The patios and patio furniture wonderful.

Charming pueblo tucked in the heart of Canyon Road's artist community

Decorated right out of a South West movie set, this darling space is ideal for up to 4 people (+ pet) with 2 great outdoor spots: garden and grill area. The skylights add optimal light and all amenities are in great working order. Laundry facilities downstairs in the clean basement. Kitchen stocked for any type of cook (with every herb/spice you need). Driveway exiting requires patience and viewing the strategically placed mirrors to see the sometimes fast moving vehicles.

From a fully equipped kitchen to lovely common areas and an outdoor space that you could easily spend the entire day, this property is fantastic. And it's located near Canyon Road so if art viewing is your thing, this place is perfect!

Great Stay!

Fantastic adobe in the heart of Santa Fe's Eastside. We loved the ability to walk to Canyon Road, Geronimo, and The Plaza. Very well appointed with all the creature comforts. One of the best rentals we've ever stayed at and will definitely be back our next time in Santa Fe!

Authentic Santa Fe Adobe

A very special adobe home decorated well and providing all the amenities. We loved the fireplaces which really came in handy given a snow storm during our stay. Can’t beat the location especially to Canyon Road and Museum Hill. Will definitely be back!

Santa Fe Haven

We have stayed in Santa Fe for extended periods over many years. Casa de Muneca was the most beautifully decorated and best located of any we have rented. It is literally a five minute walk to Canyon Road. We loved the fact that it is pet friendly with a doggie door! In no time our pups could freely access the back patio. We will definitely be renting this property again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Santa Fe Visit

I will begin by saying that the property is aptly named the Doll House. It is a well maintained older home with a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful patios and it is beautifully decorated. My BIG complaint was with Vacasa, the management company and the “local” team. We rented this property for two weeks. Four/five days prior to our check out, the lights and all power outlets in both bathrooms went out. After contacting Vacasa, I was informed that their local team (whoever that was) was notified and they would get back in touch with me. After numerous texts/emails to the main Vacasa office and their responses that the “ local” team was informed, the power issue was never resolved.Needless to say, I am upset and very disappointed with Vacasa. I will never rent through them again.We have been home for two weeks and have still not resolved the refund issue. We were given only a 345.57 refund for four/ five days without power in the two bathrooms. Imagine trying to get ready for a 3:30 AM departure in the dark.

Gorgeous Property

Firstly, kudos to the Vacasa team for their professionalism and sense of urgency in relocating us to this amazing property prior to checkin when they became aware that the property we originally booked had issues. This property far exceeded our expectations and truly made our trip to Santa Fe. We loved looking at the art adorning the property as well as the special touches throughout. The Viking stove was a real treat. I think our favorite part was the private garden area. We sat out there for ours just enjoying the peace of the day. Highly recommend.

Great location and very well appointed

Beautiful well appointed property that is located a short walk to Canyon Road. Clean and very comfortable. We did have a plumbing issue, but the property owner came out to try to address it. Other than that, it was great.

Beautiful House in Fantastic Location

The house is well appointed and could not be in a better location. You can walk to Canyon Road. We really enjoyed the property. It was very comfortable, and the kitchen is very nice. The house was spotless. We would want to stay there again. The only hiccup we had was one toilet would not flush, and the other one was finnicky. After 2 days of calling, they finally sent someone out to fix it (and they only fixed one). The management company is not local, so they have to contact a local person, and it was not efficient. But overall, the property is wonderful.

Beautiful home in great location

This is a beautiful property, very well appointed and very tastefully furnished, felt like a traditional Santa Fe stay. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Location is really quiet a few minutes walk from canyon road and about 15 mins easy walk to town. There are a lot of ornaments which are very appealing to young kids so bear that in mind if visiting with little ones! We had a problem with one of the toilets not flushing, also the coffee area could have been cleaner there were stains down the cupboards and old grinds in the machine. Don’t know how to contact Vacasa, doesn’t work like Airbnb with the host being contactable. Otherwise all was great and definitely recommend this place!
