Welcome to Yellow Birch Cottage, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This cottage is part of a condo association, located on the main road in Fish Creek. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with new granite countertops. The living room has a new, natural cypress hardwood floor, a gas fireplace, a couch, and a twin-size pullout sofa chair- perfect for family gatherings and additional sleeping space. The home also features first floor laundry, a back patio and an in-ground, community outdoor swimming pool.

This location is also great for groups-- we offer Birch Grove Cottage and the Retreat at Sunshine Creek at the same location.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

There is 1 parking space in front of the unit and a close walk offers public parking including space for a boat trailer.

This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.

Location is next to Hwy 42/ Egg Harbor Road, which typically experiences higher traffic volume during the peak tourist season.
