We had a great stay! The owner was very responsive and even came to check on us during the weekend. Very spacious rooms and kitchen. Overall, very clean in the home and it was a perfect spot for the 4th of July weekend.

Great family holiday stay

Excellent place, so convenient for us. The 4th of July activities were at our front door, was great watching races, parades, aand fireworks, all while sitting on the front porch.

Fourth of July is a GREAT time to be on Main Street. It is small town fun at it's best. Glad you enjoyed the prime location. Come back again!

Great Spot for Families

The house had everything we needed and was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out at the end of the dock at night, watching the stars.

Relax in Reedville

A beautiful house with a pier. A great place to stay. The host was wonderful and great to talk to.

This group had a great time at the Fishermen's Museum Oyster Roast. We are just 2 doors down from the Museum, so this event is like having a party in our back yard. Sounds like they had a great time and we look forward to having them back for next year's. There are many roasts and fall festivals and Christmas house tours that go on in the Northern Neck during November and December. Be sure to check us out during the fall /winter season for some quaint, village holiday celebrations. It's also nice to sit out by our firepit right on the water and reflect on the year.

Perfect weekend getaway spot

This house in Reedville, and Main Street itself, are so charming. We came in to town for the weekend and had a great time. The house has everything we needed and the hosts were super helpful and communicative. Thanks for having us and we are looking forward to coming back sometime!

This is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's quiet, peaceful, and close to the water. The host is responsive and helpful, and the neighbor is also very friendly and offered plenty of useful assistance.

We enjoyed having Xin and family as our guests. We love having folks stay for a week, as that gives time to really relax and slowly take in some of the Northern Neck's hidden treasures. They were very respectful of our home and seemed to have a good time exploring the area and enjoying the local seafood. They are welcome back anytime.

Delightful Stay

My wife and I, along with two grandchildren, thoroughly enjoyed a couple of nights in this charming house. The location is a quiet and idyllic historic fishing village at the end of a peninsula. Communication from the host was excellent and timely. We’d definitely return.

We were happy to host this family, they were so respectful of our home and took such care, you could hardly tell they stayed. Hopefully they were out enjoying the wonderful fall weather. The Northern Neck is quieter in the fall, but October and November are exciting times for rockfish fishing and various oyster roasts and fall festivals. If you want a relaxing, quiet escape, this is where you want to be! Small towns full of friendly folks. There are also several older plantations and historic homes from the revolutionary and civil war era. We are 75 minutes from Williamsburg and the colonial area there. Plenty to do, and go at your own pace.

Great wedding weekend

My family stayed here for my son’s wedding in Reedville . Despite the rain it was a lovely weekend. This house was fantastic. The upstairs living space was spectacular. The beds were oh so comfortable! I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the Reedville area.

Well appointed and clean

In town for the weekend for a celebration of life. Great place towards the end of town on the water. Nicely appointed home exactly as advertised. Super friendly owner. We will definitely come back under better circumstances.

Lovely Reedville home.

Lovely well kept home with a boat dock with good water depth. Home on main street in town with good parking. There's not much to do in Reedville but if you like to fish or just relax as we do this place is perfect. Bring your boat, very easy access to Chesapeake bay.

Reedville retreat

Fantastic. This was second time we’ve stayed here. Clean, roomy excellent location in heart of Reedville. Walking distance to museum, restaurants, ice cream shop, kids park, with boat dock on the property. Super comfortable. Owners were accommodating and thoughtful throughout the stay. Thank you again for another great stay!

It's wonderful to have return guests. This group of guys were very respectful of our house and left things in great shape. They were a big group and had lots of fun things planned for the long weekend; golf, seafood boil, etc. We love having large groups stay that really get to enjoy time with each other and the things the area offers. Adorable house

The house is charming and very comfortable. The owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with. The neighbors are very nice and have chickens, including a rooster, who does what roosters do very early in the morning. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with a great location on the water.

We enjoyed having Sloan and her family We are happy to give whatever advice you want on the area and things closeby to do depending on your group's interests. We are sorry to hear the rooster was on time last weekend. He isn't super reliable, which is nice, but unpredictable. We find most visitors love the slower pace and the relaxation you get just being by the water.

Charming home on the water

Our family had a very nice stay at this Reedville home for Thanksgiving. The house is well kept and charming. Common areas are comfortable and have ample seating for large groups. The second floor sunroom is the best for enjoying waterfront views! The kitchen could use a large mixing bowl and Pyrex baking dish, but was otherwise well equipped. Location is very convenient on main street of Reedville, although things are a bit quiet in the off-season.
