Stunning, custom-built water front home with gorgeous views! Our deluxe accommodations include 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house is directly on Lake Conroe, which offers wonderful boating, tubing, jet skiing, and swimming. Our private dock offers a great place to swim, fish and relax as well as 1 boat slip and visitor boat parking as well. This exceptional luxury lake home is comfortable, spacious with spectacular views from all Three floors. Sleeps up to 12, making it great for family gatherings.

Comes equipped with an outdoor grill, smart TVs in all bedrooms, WiFi, fireplace, washer/dryer, coffee bar, large kitchen with pots/pans/utensils.
We do provide linens and towels but recommend that you bring your own toiletries(soaps/shampoos).
The house uses well water and septic, please be mindful and respectful. Only TP down the toilets. Feminine products and other foreign materials strictly prohibited.

The house is located in a gated community on a 1-lane road. Parking will be limited to our property driveways only. We have 2 driveways that can fit up to ~7 vehicles. The one lane access road is gravel, please stay below 5 mph.

We are conveniently located within 5 minutes of the new Margaritaville lake resort that offers golf, fine dining, and social events.

Please understand that our property is in a quiet community on the outskirts of Walden and that we are quite close to our neighbors. We adhere to a strict 10pm -8am quiet hours outside of our property. Loitering in front and around the property is strictly prohibited. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, on the lower concrete patio and please discard your cigarette butts immediately after. This ensures that we keep your visit free of any interruptions.

If you’re looking for a large house to host wild and crazy parties, this is not the place for you.

Should you violate these rules, there is a zero-tolerance policy that will be executed and will result in an immediate removal from the property, without refund.

Beautiful views!

Our family was in town for a few days for a wedding and stayed here. The house was perfect for our needs. We are a lake family so especially enjoyed the views. The home was comfortable and tidy. The hosts were very responsive.

Thanksgiving with the family

This is absolutely a beautiful lake house. The view was breathtaking on all levels. The host was available to us throughout our stay. The home is spacious and very clean. The view of the lake is breathtaking and I highly recommend this home as a getaway!

Great Lake spot

Great Lake Side Experience

This property was great for a business retreat and offered the space and amenities that were needed. The location and views from the house were perfect and provided a relaxing atmosphere. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely look to book this house again.

Absolutely Amazing

Love, love, love this property!! The views ... oh my! My jaw dropped when I walked in ... especially into the primary bedroom. From some vantage points, all you see is water -- it's like you're on an island in the middle of a lake. Amazing. David was fantastic to communicate with!! He went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, answer questions, etc. 100 out of 100 ... would stay here again!

Another wonderful holiday at Kam’s Point

My family and I have stayed at this property for several years during Memorial Day weekend. The house is set up nicely to accommodate a large family. There’s ample room for the kids to play, both inside and outside. The lake views are also spectacular. We are avid travelers and use several booking websites - we have never encountered better hosts. If you’re on the fence, I encourage you to not pass this rental by!

Wedding weekend

We rented this for my daughter’s wedding in Montgomery. David was great to work with, quick communication. The house was perfect and the view is beautiful! Lots of seating on the main floor and patio. Cold a/c, clean, comfortable beds. We had a great stay!

Easter @ Kam’s Point

Spectacular home with epic, unobstructed view of the lake. The home itself is spacious, lovely and equipped with everything we needed! We had such a lovely time together and Walden Community Church was another special treat on Easter Sunday David, the owner was amazing, flexible and accommodating throughout the booking and entire reservation process I highly recommend Kam’s point for a lovely getaway on the lake!

Beautiful lake house

The lake house was spacious with lovely decor and the owners have thought of everything! It’s well-equipped and comes with water toys, games the fire pit is a nice addition. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly. You’ll also enjoy the beautiful story behind this home. The views are breathtaking and this is truly the best option for a large family gathering as the location is right on the water with a large yard for outdoor activities as well as two living rooms for multiple gathering spaces. We will definitely be back!

Floors of fun!

This home had what seemed to be 4 or 5 diffferent floors of fun, with something to do on each floor. We had a lot of people over on one of the days, and we used one living space as the upbeat visitation floor and the other living space as kind of a getaway from the noise living space. There is a wonderful second floor deck, and a dock that we caught some catfish from! Never had to leave the property, played football and cornhole with provided games and activity equipment, and then played card games till 3AM with family and friends. Made smores' out by the fire pit, and played music at night outside and didn't get any complaints. My uncle was staying across the lake at an RV resort and pulled right up to the dock and came and took part in our event. We went out on the boat and everything right from the property. Thank you to the Beck family for providing a great stay for our family!

We both became Christians in 2005. We are happily married with 3 daughters. Our middle daughter, Kameron (Kam) graduated into Heaven in 2014.

We initially purchased our first lake home as a place for our family and friends together annually to celebrate Kam's life. This developed into branching off into short term vacation rentals. After a few years, the HOA rules that our first lake home was located in changed and no longer allowed short term rentals. This was discouraging as we had many opportunities to share our story, share our home, and share the gospel to many. In 2022 we purchased this lake home in an unrestricted area of Lake Conroe where we could once again get involved in sharing our home with you. We sold our first lake home in 2023.

This new home has been remodeled and an extensive amount of repairs made and we are continuing to upgrade items to better our property for you. This home was purchased from a couple who also offered the home as a short term rental. As the new owners in the past year, we have replaced the septic system, roof, elevated decks, bulkhead, boat dock, and numerous other items in and around the home. We have equipped our home with everything you could possibly need/want during your stay.

The lake views from nearly every area inside and outside the home are breath taking. The open water view offers beautiful and relaxing sun rises and sun sets. The back are faces north, so you have wonderful east side rises and west side sets! Our home is stocked full of all items from a fully stocked kitchen, to toiletries, to towels and linens, to water toys for kids and adults. Water toys include kayak, paddle board, floats, tubes for towing with your boat, and much more! There's no extra charges for these items.
