It is very important that all guests adhere to Casamar's policies. This is a pet friendly apartment, however, all guests must notify the number and size of pets that will be on the property.

Airbnb requires the following from every guest:

1) Dogs are only allowed in the residence.
2) A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the condo.
3) The size of the dog may not exceed 35 lbs (13 kg).
4) Guests are strictly required to follow all Casamar rules regarding pets (NO pets around pool area).
5) A pet fee may be charged to cover any dog-related issues (amount may vary), but will never exceed $50 in total.

Before check-in, please contact our staff regarding new guest services and we will be happy to arrange it for you. (Subject to additional cost):

- Electric bike rental (NEW!) (Equipped with support for selfies, basket and helmet).
Prices per day: (1x$30) (2x$55) (4x$100).

- Quinta Pavo Real Day Tour (Treehouses located 3 miles away on a private farm where you can enjoy a family picnic while interacting with animals).

- Private dinners at home events with tasting menu.

- Thermomix rent (NEW!!! $40 p/day).

- Yacht charter for fishing and private tours.

- Private surf lessons.

- Hiking tours to the Cerro India Dormida.

- Private photoshoot with professional photographers.

- Transportation to/from the city.

- Car rental (ask for our special discount with Dollar Rent-a-Car!).
Other things to note
It is very important that all guests adhere to the Casamar policies. This is a pet-friendly apartment, nevertheless all guests are required to notify the amount and size of pets that will be in the property.

All guests must comply with the following requests:
