We love to host bride/groom families

Opportunity to stay just steps from Castle Farms! A short drive to Ferry Beach and the Ironton Ferry as well. Plenty of space for your family and friends to spread out. 5000 sq ft of space. We own another 5 bedroom home just a short walk away if you're looking to host a larger group. We love to host bride/groom families!

This home is a compliment to our other home, the 'Queen's Quarters'. They are both just short walk to the Castle. The house has plenty of space for gathering, but also opportunities to spread out and enjoy quiet conversation while others play a game of pool. Spread across three floors, there are three king bedrooms. Two with en suites, three queen beds and one full. There's a great backyard ready for yard games and conversations around the campfire.

The home sits just north of Castle Farms which makes for a very convenient stroll home after a wedding celebration. A short drive to town allows your group to enjoy strolling down Bridge Street meandering through the festivals, in and out of shops and sampling all the treats this sweet little town has to offer. If you're new to Charlevoix, staying south of the bridge is nice as it goes up on every 30 minutes in the summer and creates quite a backup of traffic. Thankfully, you'll be able to avoid this. The bridge is charming. An icon of the community and something you should be sure to see while visiting. Round lake and all the boaters it brings is the center of downtown and is a fantastic backdrop to the outdoor auditorium which brings all sorts of musical talent.. Yours to enjoy for free!

Huge wrap around driveway, easily parking for 8 cars. Garage parking also be available.

Although we have set up both homes to host party-goers at the Castle, we do not allow parties. Nor do we allow anyone not in the initial reservation number to stay at the house. We allow for 1 dog (there is a pet fee), no cats or other animals.

We have 2 boats for rent in Boyne City, at additional costs. Not included with property rental.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit Hold in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules / Manual.

The house was perfect for a family of 10! They have different kinds of beds(soft and Tempur-Pedic), which were perfect for our family with different sleep preferences. AC units in all rooms were an added bonus, to accommodate individual needs. The house is spacious and felt very roomy when we all gathered together at night. The only opportunity for this rental would be an additional coffee maker, as the one they have is fancy and takes a while to make a pot of coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Charlevoix shenanigans

6 adults and 7 kids 8 and under - lots of fun and shenanigans in this house that provided enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The dining and kitchen spaces worked well for the group, allowing lots of play space in the open living area for the kids while adults cooked or chilled. Basketball hoop in the driveway was a nice plus for the older girls. Fire pit was great although we had to buy own wood. Well stocked kitchen was heavily used, with appliances all very adequate. Plan to drive to nearby attractions and for a lake day. We chose Fisherman’s State Park which was a lovely and not-crowded beach.

Great ski weekend over the new year

The house was great for my family and two other families that stayed with us. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the basement. Clean and close to a Walgreen’s and downtown.

Family stay for wedding at Castle Farms

This property was ideal for our stay to attend a family wedding at Castle Farms. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to enjoy both group and private time, plenty of parking space, and very close (walkable) to Castle Farms. Due to the weather, we did not use the grill or fire pit. The property was a only a few minutes drive to grocery shopping and downtown Charlevoix. During our stay, we drove to Petoskey, Bellaire, and Traverse City, so this is a great central location for the area. We would stay here again.

Adult Weekend

First of all the house worked out amazing for our group of Family/Friends!! We had 5 couple staying and the house worked perfectly! The house was very clean and had everything we needed and was a short drive to town. We did a wine tour and our bus picked us up at the house and dropped us off!! Thanks for the great place to stay!!

A beautiful property just steps away from Castle Farms!

This property is beautiful and so spacious! The kitchen had so much countertop space and easily accommodated making meals for our family group of 10. The downstairs pool table/ air hockey space was perfect for the kids to run around and play. The bedrooms felt spacious and it was so nice having three separate showers for our larger group. Best of all would be the location, the property is practically touching Castle Farms! Although you still need to drive there, it takes less than 2 minutes, which was super convenient when we were going back and forth for rehearsal, ceremony and reception. I'd highly recommend this rental and Brienna, the host, was very helpful and accommodating!

Great spot for families!

We had a great time during our stay here. The house is perfect for larger groups especially those traveling with children. Good location for everything in Charlevoix and beyond. Communication with property owner was prompt and easy.

No cats allowed
There is a pet fee of $125. We love dogs, but realize that not all of our guests do. We work hard to make sure there is no evidence after each four legged guest so we have the following rules:

1. No dogs on the furniture.
2. You must clean up all waste in the yard. If not, a fee of $50-$100 will be charged.
3. Dogs must not be left alone at the house unless crated.
4. The pet fee you paid covers your dog’s stay. Any additional cleaning required (hair, paw prints, dirt, etc) because of your dog will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do have cleaning supplies available at the house, so if there is a need to clean up after your dog, you’ll have the opportunity. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. Again, we just ask that pets are not on the beds (or any furniture).
5. 1 dog max. No cats allowed, sorry.
