This elegant condominium hotel resort located at 229 Paoakalani Avenue in Waikiki offers hotel-quality amenities and is perfect for your anniversary, honeymoon or family getaway! From this convenient location, you can stroll to Waikiki’s finest beaches, enjoy great shopping and restaurants, visit the Zoo, Aquarium or relax in the lush green spaces of Kapi’olani Park.

This one bedroom condo has a full kitchen, large bathroom, high speed WiFi, and television.
From your private lanai you can gaze out over the city and mountains during the day, and watch the vibrant city lights of Honolulu come alive at night.

The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a comfortable king bed in the private bedroom, and a sofa sleeper with an additional foldable mattress in the living room.

Waikiki Sunset amenities include a heated swimming pool, fitness room, and outdoor picnic area with barbecue grills. There is also an on-site convenience store for last minute necessities, 24-hour security and an activities desk to help plan your island adventures.

Excellant Get Away

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed this place. The location is close to the beach, but far enough off the main strip ( 2 Blks) so you dont have to deal with the noise. Ease of onsite parking was a big plus. Close to all of the local attractions. The mountain view from the rooms is fabulous! Would stay here again anytime!

Great location, amenities and value!

Stayed for five nights with my best friend. The apartment has fabulous mountain views and a very slight ocean view. Can't beat the lanai sitting and the AC worked prefect too. Great beach amenities - the chairs and cooler and ice packs were great! Coffee maker & toaster worked great. My only MINOR complaint is the bed is VERY solid. I ended up sleeping on the couch bed as it was better for me. We needed an extra blanket and property management was quick to deliver.Just a five minute walk to Waikiki beach - we felt spoiled! ABC stores have anything you need easily or the grocery store wasn't far away.10/10 would recommend this property!

This property was not in a great area. Homeless people sleeping right outside door. It is an OK place if you are a 20 year old boy on spring break. It was not good for me and my husband. The building has dirty stained carpets which continued on into the condo. It was very disappointing. We did not want to spend one minute in the place and asked if we could leave and get our money back. I did not hear from them until the next morning when they did offer a refund if we left. My husband said he was too tired to move our luggage so we stayed. We will never again trust vbros and just opt to stay in hotels..you never know what you are getting. The management company was always responsive, so that was nice. It was walkable to the main strip. It just seemed gross and dirty.

Great location and property free parking!Nice view from 32nd floor!Overall, we appreciated the stay, but there are a few things future guests might want to know:The front door was quite difficult to open; my wife especially had trouble with it.There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to spend some time washing dishes by hand.The provided pans made cooking a bit challenging since everything tended to stick to them.The washing machine and dryer are located right behind the bedroom wall, and you can clearly hear them when they’re running.Essential beach equipment was available, which was great, but the beach umbrella was partially broken.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property was as described with beautiful views. Comfortable, spacious, and pretty much what we were looking for. Reasonably priced, 10 minute walk to Honolulu Zoo and about 15 minutes to the main street and Waikiki Beach. The only minor issues we experienced were very slow and full elevators at all times of the day and night, and on our last night staying there, we happened to get back late from the beach and I was in the shower with shampoo in my hair and the water shut off. There was no warning or notice sent out and the sink and toilet still worked, so I just had to stand in the shower cold with shampoo in my hair while my husband attempted to contact the emergency line. There was no real explanation for what happened but the water came back on about 10 mins later.

Beautiful Mountain/City View

We loved our stay here because of beautiful view from the 32nd floor. It was a great location which was in walking distance to Waikiki beach, the zoo, and many great restaurants. Having parking included was also a big bonus! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

A Very Nice Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The condo was quiet, clean, and set up nicely. The mountain view was awesome during the day and at night with the city lights and we enjoyed eating a few of our meals on the granite counter top. Check in was easy with the Security Desk past the lobby desk and the elevators were not that busy in mid-April. It's easy getting in and out of the garage by showing the parking pass to the attendant, although the pass is taped to an 8x11 cardboard paper. We parked on the 5th floor which had plenty of parking spaces and has bldg elevator access.

Comfortable and Convenient with Free Parking

Condo as described - clean and perfect for a couple. Location good for visiting family that live in Hawaii Kai. It is a short walk to the beach. Only con were the elevators - 2 were not working at times and wait time was long.

Great location and great service

The place was great, offered everything we needed during our stay, and communication was perfect. The location is a few minute walk to many amazing restaurants, stores, and a straight walk to the family friendly beach area. We are looking forward to more stays in the future!

Great beach

Stay was fun. Rental had no tissues, come on no tissue, really. The kitchen had no can opener pretty difficult to open a can without one really no opener. Small items I know and I sound like a high maintenance person for sure. But no tissues can’t believe it.

Great stay - perfect location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall hotel is a little outdated, but our room #3211 was exactly what is depicted in the pictures. It was clean upon our arrival, the check-in & check-out was very simple using the details provided a few days prior to arrival. I would suggest a new iron be provided ASAP, as the one in the room was old and ruined one of my husbands fairly new (worn twice prior) dress shorts. Also the TV remote needed new batteries. The washer/dryer is prepaid via an app that will only allow for minimum of $5, which is a little inconvenient since it's $1.75 per cycle w/no refunds. Overall I would suggest for anyone to stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had an excellent view of the mountains and the beautiful morning sunrise in the mornings. It's a well designed condo with comfortable furniture, bed and great AC. The bathroom and supplies were sufficient for our stay. The condo is close to the laundry facilities and trash chute. It was quiet and enjoyable. Great location near the park, beach and away from the busy of central Waikiki but close enough to access by foot. The included parking space was a bonus. We definitely would stay here again.
