Located on a high floor of the Waikiki Sunset with beautiful mountain and city views this condo offers enough beds to sleeps 6. 1 bedroom (king bed and twin bunk beds), expansive living area (queen sofa bed w/Tempur-Pedic-type mattress), 1 bathroom, and FREE PARKING. Completely renovated with high-quality designer finishes. Central AC throughout condo. NO RESORT FEE.

Fully-stocked kitchen with all the essentials will make this condo feel like home. Spacious kitchen counter seating for 4 along with a separate dining table that seats 4. There is also an outdoor patio dining table for 2.

Wi-fi, cable, and smart TV access available in the bedroom and living area on top quality flat panel TV s.

Comfortable

I’m usually not the biggest fan of vacation rentals mostly because I don’t like the chore list that comes with staying at one. That being said, I felt that my stay at Courtney’s place didn’t have these things. There was one ask and that is to bring the trash out which is totally reasonable considering the tropical area. Not to mention incredibly convenient because the trash shoot is next to the unit. The cleaning crew did such a great job of setting up the unit for our arrival. It was very welcoming. As someone who doesn’t like vacation rentals over resorts I would 100% stay at one of Courtney‘s again.

Great Vacation

This place is excellent for anyone interested in staying on Oahu. It’s conveniently located near many attractions, very walkable and close to the ocean. The space is very nice, has extras like the beach toys, fully stocked kitchen utensils and welcome snacks / coffee! We were very comfortable in the room. We were able to walk to dinner each night, the zoo and beach access. Having the laundry available was also great. I highly recommend staying here, Courtney was a wonderful host.

Pure perfection! Amazing host!

We spent ten days in this condo with our teenage daughters, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! The location is excellent, and we especially appreciated the easy parking. The condo is spotless and incredibly well-equipped—we didn’t miss a thing. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.We highly recommend this condo—100%! If we could give it more than 10 out of 10, we definitely would. We would love to stay here again!Close to the beach, the grocery store (Safeway) as well as Leonard's and the Rainbow drive in;Thank you very much to Courtney and her team!

Fabulous condo, host and location!

This was the second time we stayed at Courtney’s condo…we loved it so much last year that we booked it again for an even longer stay. It is so well stocked, bright and clean…and conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shops a short walk from the condo. There are also hop on -hop off trolley stops nearby if you want to catch a trolley instead. Courtney is a fantastic host, attentive and responds quickly if you need anything. We had an absolutely excellent vacation and definitely plan to book one of Courtney’s condos again.

Fantastic property in Waikiki

This was one of the best VRBO's I have stayed at. Great location just blocks from the beach. Beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs included. The building is older put this unit is prime. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. We made use of the pool and grills.

Wonderful condo!

We had the opportunity to stay at this property recently and couldn’t be happier. The condo was exactly as pictured with everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. We definitely hope this property is available the next time we travel to Honolulu!

Convenience in every way

We enjoyed our family of four(little kids) staying at Courtney’s place. They literally have everything prepared, from kitchen to beach essentials. No mention the close to beach location and partial Mt view, we saw rainbow often at the balcony.

This apartment was exactly as advertised and newly renovated in an older apartment complex. The Host Courtney was contactable and thoughtful and there were absolutely no issues during our 7 night stay for myself and 2 x teenage children. The apartment has everything you need and the complex has a good size, clean pool, bbq area and gym. This stay was a lot better than a small hotel room in the myriad of hotels on Waikiki and the location is only 1 block back from the beach. As an added bonus there was free parking included which saves a lot of money. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location and very clean condo

My parents and I had a great stay at Courtney's condo. We were a very short walk away from Waikiki and Kuhio beach and all the excitement there as well as a short walk away from Rainbow Drive In. The parking in the garage was plentiful and easy to find and Courtney kindly had the cleaner text me as soon as the room was ready so we could get into the unit before the official check in time. The most important part is the condo is probably the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in and that's hard by a beach.

Family vaca in Honolulu

We had such an amazing first visit to Hawaii that we will definitely be returning! From the moment we arrived, my 5 & 3 year old felt completely at home. The bunkbeds were perfect for them, and the condo was equipped with everything you could ever need. The parking was a huge bonus and always easy to get a spot & quick in/out privileges. The walk to the kids beach was very short & easy. Extremely walkable to all shops and restaurants. The kids loved the bbq and pool area for swimming and playing in the grass. I would highly recommend a family stay here for so many reasons. Courtney was amazing to deal with, responded quickly, was very friendly, and check in/out was incredibly simple as well. Mahalo!

Great Location with Extra Touches

Courtney’s place was perfect for us. The condo was well stocked and included a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards. We loved that parking was included and that we were only a few blocks from the beach.

Gem of a condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Courtney's condo. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It was stocked with all the amenities- bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, beach stuff and beach towels.The only regret is that was that we couldn't stay longer!

Incredibly adorable condo in a great location

Courtney’s gorgeous condo has been meticulously renovated and exceeded our expectations in every way; clean, well-stocked and with very thoughtful touches. Our family of 4 was super comfortable here and I thought it was perfectly suited for a small family, especially with the bunk beds in the bedroom, an available pack & play, beach toys, beach wagon (which was absolutely key to making it down two blocks to Waikiki beach). Nice beach towels, beach chairs & beach umbrella are provided. Kitchen is well stocked and laundry is easily located in the hallway. Pool is lovely with gorgeous dark blue tiling and sea turtle mosaics that my kids got a kick out of. The building’s location is such a highlight, on the nicer end of Waikiki (IMO) and so much is walkable! If you are going to have a car, this condo provides free & convenient parking in the building, which I noticed was not the case in other listings I was considering. If this fits your needs and your dates are available, book it! Experienced traveler here and I highly recommend!
