Great location

We felt at home with this property. It was very spacious and clean and property manager even arranged an early check-in for us. Would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed the place and will definitely rent it out again in the future. It did the pictures justice from how spacious it was to the views from multiple balconies. We didn't have any issues during our stay as other reviews might have mentioned. Checking in and out was easy. It's not owned by the hotel, but there was a good amount of supplies provided. I'd highly recommend it!

Great Location

A few minor hiccups on arrival. The unit was clean but a little dusty. The spaces were awesome. Bedrooms great. Outstanding location right next door to Ala Moana shopping centre. Multiple balconies giving great views. Furniture a little dated but overall great please to stay. If we return to Hawaii will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular views and lots of room

The most impressive part of this condo was its impressive views! For our party of 5 it was more than adequate. The kitchen has enough plates, glasses and utensils for our needs since we ate out for most meals. Our party was very comfortable there and took advantage of the 5 balconies. The location was perfect too as it was close but not too close as to get bogged down in Waikiki traffic and it was within walking distance of Ala Moana Beach Park. The largest outdoor mall in the country was conveniently located across the ramp from the hotel. The beds were comfortable and enough linens were provided. I would absolutely not hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful Luxurious Stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect! Very clean and well stocked with shampoo soap tp for 6 night stay! It was very crowded at the hotel but being on the 34th floor made it easy to get an elevator. Views were amazing! Furnishings brand new and modern, and beds were incredibly comfortable, almost felt like the tempurpedic beds I have back home. We all slept very well. I’ve read past reviews about roaches in the unit but we found absolutely none, in fact this was one of the cleanest vacation homes we’ve stayed in. Loved being close to Ala Moana Shopping Center…there’s a bridge connecting the hotel to the mall located on the second floor. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again on our next vacation to Oahu.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this 2 bedroom suite at the Ala Moana hotel. It was so spacious for 6 of us 4 adults and 2 children. Having 3 full baths was amazing when it was time to get ready for outings. Only thing I would suggest is more trash bags. I get it about a starter kit but no one is thinking about trash bags. Other than that, everything went smooth and we had a great time!

Incredibly stunning property

This apartment is incredible. Spacious, well-equipped, beautifully decorated, literally the best views (about 270 degrees) of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Incredible sunset vistas that combine the skyline and the sun disappearing over the ocean horizon. The building’s amenities are great, it’s connected to the Ala Moana mall, which is fantastic, and the staff working there were excellent. We did have a bit of trouble checking in because the people at the front desk actually don’t control this apartment, since it’s privately owned and rented out through a third-party - the communication allowing us to check in early was not seamless, which caused us some hassles. But ultimately, it was a fantastic spot, and one where we would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was Epic! It's huge! Loved having 6 different balconies to check out the views with. I would 100% stay at this place again! The actual hotel is very nice! The only thing that could be better are larger ironing boards. The tiny one that are there are incredibly small and both do not work properly. Besides that everything else was terrific! I'm actually going to help a friend with his hawaiian trip and I am highly recommending to him that he stay here for his time on Oahu. Thanks Luana Realty for such a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful Hawaii property

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was my mother's 85th Birthday celebration and she loved the condo. The views were spectacular and it was very spacious. Each bedroom was large and plenty of closet and drawer space. There are 3 full bathrooms. No washer and dryer in the unit but coin-operated ones were available on the 13th floor. The condo is connected to the mall which allowed easy accessibility. We did not rent a car and used the Waikiki trolley to get us around. We also took some tours that picked us up at the condo. Everything is pretty convenient. The mall has plenty of eating places including a large food court. The mall also includes a Target, grocery store and drug store. We decided not to cook and enjoyed the Signature Restaurant on the 36th floor which has a great happy hour. The cafe in the lobby and on the 3rd floor offered great breakfast options. We used the fitness center every morning. The pool was closed during the weekday due to construction but the beach is within walking distance. The famous Waikiki Beach is just a few stops away on the Trolley. The condo was on the 34th floor with spectacular views of the ocean, mountains and city views from one of the five balconies in the condo. There was a long wait to check-in due to not enough staff but the condo was worth the wait.

Reviewer Comments: Our family recently stayed at this property and we have mixed reviews. The suite layout was great and very spacious. Large bedrooms were a plus. Having multiple lanai’s was great and and afforded different views of the city and ocean. Perfect location to shopping, restaurants, parks and beaches, everything walkable. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. I suggest looking into another cleaning service. All 3 showers were dirty (hair and mold on 2 of the curtains). The carpets need cleaned and shampooed as evidence of the false eye lash we found on the floor. The couches are stained, one more heavily than the other. It was disappointing to see the lack of cleaning supplies and basic kitchen necessities. I’m on vacation and don’t want to think about the little things needed to cook (oil, salt/pepper, foil, baggies, etc). I would have rather paid another $50/$60 for these basic items to be there. It’s the little things that matter. This hotel is fairly close to a hospital and we heard sirens (police/emergency vehicles) almost nonstop. Just something to be prepared for. All in all, this is a beautiful unit if more attention is made to the cleanliness of it.

This was a huge two bedroom condo close to the top of the hotel. Great views from the room, use the same elevator and seemed to be treated the same as hotel guests except no housekeeping services. They picked up our bags of trash from outside the room when we called housekeeping though. We had a four night stay here with four adults and two young children. We had sufficient towels and paper goods. A great perk was the ramp to the Ala Moana shopping center. We went shopping and got food there several times! Very comfortable place to stay and relax.

Great location and space for Ohana, but pack cookware

Large, beautiful condo

The condo is gorgeous. Well appointed, many balconies with gorgeous views. Easily sleeps 6 very comfortably. Plenty of room for a large group. Lots of sitting and right across from the mall with many shopping, food and grocery options.

Stunning views from all the lanais!Cleanliness was our only complaint. Needs a deep clean, under couch cushions, and vent and basabiards all need a good wipe. Found a really old , dead cockroach as well, beaide the couch.

Wonderful Stay .... but

We stayed in the apartment with our son and daughter-in law. The apartment was excellent in every respect, the Ilikai was a very good venue, and we greatly enjoyed our stay.Our only issue was the mishandling of a false fire alarm at 4am. Falso alarms happen. We have experienced them in hotels before. But this event was completely mismanaged by the Ilikai. Firstly, the announcement message was garbled and incomplete. Instead of saying "Don't take the elevators, it came out as "take the elevators". Then at the bottom of the stairs, there were no Ilikai staff to provide information or direction. Nor were their any other Ilikai staff engaged in managing the false alarm outcome. Then there was a 2nd announcement of a fire alarm after we got back to bed. And finally, there was no acknowledgement or information provided on the event. A simple note to guests the next day explaining the event would have helped. We suggest that VRBO take up with the Ilikai the need for improved management, training and communication relating to fire alarms.

Good stay

The views are beautiful from all the rooms. The suite is spacious. It was nice to have three full bathrooms. The beach chairs helped us out. The location is great. The downside was that the suite was not clean. All the corners around the floors and the baseboards had accumulated dirt and dust. The same was seen behind the doors and appliances as well as under the beds. We wanted to get a cleaning of the unit but were told it will cost almost $400.
