This condo is newly renovated. My focus is to provide a Spotless and relaxing experience for all of our guests.

The Island Colony is centrally located and has a lovely Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Fitness Center.

All of the Amenities which also include Barbecues and Tables are located on the 6th Floor.

The Fitness Center has a one-time $5.00 fee to be paid to the Front Desk (waiver to be signed). It is located on the 6th Floor as well as Laundry which accepts Coin and Credit Card. There is also a Convenience Store located on the 6th Floor.

Luggage Storage at back of building at Smart Car Rental hours 8 Am - 5 Pm $10.00 per bag or $20.00 up to 4 pieces rates subject to change.

Parking

There is a Parkade attached to the building. The rate is $40.00/day. It does include In and Out Privileges. All charges must be paid directly to the Parking Attendant as it is owned and managed by Elite Parking.
