Summary:
Perched directly above the Boardman Lake Trail with gorgeous lake views, this spacious, newly constructed, top- floor 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo is a perfect hub for your Traverse City get away! Everything you need. Stylishly decorated and comfortably furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4, kitchen counter seating, and private wrap-around patio with outdoor seating.
The Space:
The elevator takes you to the 3rd floor, where your private condo entrance is just steps away. Inside, the entryway leads to the master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a second bathroom.
The main living space opens up with natural light streaming through two walls of large windows, showcasing stunning views of the lake and sky. The area features a dining table for four, additional seating at the kitchen island, a TV, and a cozy gas fireplaceâplenty of room for everyone to relax. Step easily out onto the patio to enjoy the outdoors.
This penthouse offers 1,350 square feet of living space. TVs are equipped with streaming services only.
**NOTE ABOUT BOARDMAN LAKE: There is public access to this lake for small non-motorized boats only (kayaks, canoes, rowboats, small sailboats) on both ends of the lake. **Swimming in Boardman Lake is not advised.**
Also at the north end there is a community sailing school and the entry to the Boardman River, that flows through downtown Traverse City and goes into the west arm of Grand Traverse Bay, of Lake Michigan. This makes for a wonderful paddle. Rentals are available at the south end of the lake, on South Airport Road.
Assigned, free, covered parking spot for 1 car.
ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.

The Neighborhood:
The condo building is beside a railway line that operates a few times a month at most. It is walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and a community- owned food co-op and grocery store in the neighborhood. It's just a short bike ride or drive downtown to more restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and, of course, the magnificent Grand Traverse bays of Lake Michigan.
The 5+ mile Boardman Lake Loop Trail circles the lake with a series of boardwalks, smooth asphalt - perfect for walking and biking.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
