Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir à Traverse City ce soir dans ce populaire condo de deux étages du centre-ville! Jusqu'au mois de juin, réservez à l'heure qui vous convient, puis cet été, venez pour une semaine à la fois (du samedi au samedi)!

Vous méritez de récupérer et de débrancher chaque minute de vos vacances en observant les vagues, en vous prélassant au soleil et en profitant de toutes les activités proposées sur Front Street. Savourez des plats et des boissons incroyables, des boutiques, des événements culturels, des lectures de livres, des festivals et terminez la soirée en regardant un film au State ou au Bijou Theatres.

This was an absolute perfect location in TC, walking distance to everything. The unit had great beds and many little touches that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable!

Fall Weekend Away

West Bay condo was great on this repeat stay. Location, functionality, cleanliness, and easy parking sets this place apart from other similarly priced properties in the area.

Great stay

The condo was very nice, 2 level. It was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. We liked the neighborhood, and that it was within walking distance to the beach, downtown shops, restaurants, etc.

2 couples Visiting tc for a weekend. Great location a few blocks from town with a great balcony and view of the bay. Perfect for a getaway weekend!

Great location!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Great location walking distance to town. Quiet but close to everything. Very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen. There were even beach chairs that came in very handy. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Space and Great Location

My wife, daughter, and I truly enjoyed our stay in this Traverse City condo. There was plenty of space for us in the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor. My wife and I really enjoyed the balcony with the view of West Traverse Bay. The bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor were perfect for us. We also appreciated the short walk to the stores, restaurants, and the City Opera House downtown. Plus, it was a great home base to explore the area, from the peninsulas to Charlevoix. We would stay here again on our next trip to Traverse City.

Traverse City Two Nights

Stay was great. Condo in easy location. Parking a second car was difficult in extra lot once. Host was terrific - very reponsive and helpful. Only issue with cleanlliness was mugs were not clean, otherwise clean.

Great Location and Space!

West Bay fun-filled TC getaway was very much as advertised. The location was fantastic. Easy walking to downtown and beach, view of the bay from the balconies, and very convenient parking - which not all similar properties in TC have. The living area and kitchen were roomier than anticipated and the bedrooms with en-suites had ample space. The condo is very clean and comfortably decorated. Board games were a bonus for our family. We highly recommend!

Excellent condo downtown TC adjacent

Very clean and well appointed vacation rental, can't beat having 2 balcony's with a water view, and walk 5 min to beautiful downtown TC shops, nice little Sunset Beach area and park across the street not as busy as Clinch Park which is still walkable. Perfect location and easy parking. Great host communication and instructions. Would definitely stay again with the wife and kid!

Great condo with excellent location

We visit TC frequently and this was our first time at this condo. Location is excellent for walking downtown and driving to other destinations around TC. Parking was easy. Condo has a good layout with two bedrooms/baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. View of the lake is a plus. We are already making plans for our next trip in December. We were very happy with the overall experience.

TC with a view

Overall the property was great! Location, checkin process, cleanliness, and kitchen amenities. We had our bikes and loved that we could get on the trails from the unit. We biked up to Suttons Bay and on the Mission peninsula. Only drawback to the place was the lack of extra towels and having to wash the sheets from the sofa sleeper. By the way, the sofa sleeper was very comfortable for one person. We hope to be back.

Family Getaway

This condo was wonderful! It was a clean, safe, and convenient place for my husband and his older parents to stay. Parking was close, check in a breeze and the condo was clean and comfortable! Sitting in the deck in the morning to read and drink tea was enjoyable and every night we took the short walk to downtown Traverse City for dinner and/or drinks. Kurt was easy to get ahold of and accommodating even though there were no problems that needed to be dealt with. I’ve stayed in Traverse City before, but this was my favorite place that we have stayed and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

Great location and comfortable accommodations

This is a condo a little off Front Street and across the street from a small beach park. Easy access to the Downriver TC area and surroundings. The unit was spacious and homey. The two and a half baths worked out perfectly. The unit faced the water so it was very nice to sit on a balcony and see sailboats in the harbor. Peaceful! I would recommend. Although with all VRBO hosts, they did have some weird rules like wanting you to wash ONE extra towel if you used it which doesn't make sense because someone would be washing all the other towels anyway. Same with sheets for the pullout couch. If the sheets for the beds are stripped and someone would be washing them, why do I have to wash them. I brought something from home to avoid all that ridiculousness.

Perfect space and location

If you are visiting Traverse City for the wineries. This is where you want to stay. It is in the perfect location to visit Old Mission Peninsula one day, and then spend a day or two visiting Leelanau wineries. Some people might like visiting the winery owned by Madonna's parents, but I enjoyed visiting Mari Vineyards owned by Marty Lagina of The Curse of Oak Island fame. After visiting wineries, you will find this rental is a very short walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars in downtown Traverse City. In the morning, you will find TC has no shortage of coffee shops, but you should check out Bubba's bar and grill for their breakfast even if you were there drinking the night before. We came to TC for the wineries, and this rental made everything even better. The rental is extremely clean, modern, and is fully stocked with everything you would need if you decided to stay in and cook after returning home from sightseeing. Some people will be happy to know that there is a television, and the cable works fine. We went in early November, so it was too cold to go to the beach and put our toes in the water, but the water is also within walking distance of this rental. Would I stay in this rental again? Absolutely! Would I recommend this rental to others? Absolutely!

Location Perfect

Kurt's property was exactly what I was looking for as it checked all the boxes for me: walkable to coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants. The property was just as described and the view from the balcony was great. Kurt was responsive when needed for clarification on restaurant locations and condo particulars. I would definitely stay again.

Great location

We’ve stayed in these condos many times. The location is great, easy walk to restaurants and shops in downtown TC. The TART Bike trail is easily accessed and the trail is paved and well maintained. The unit was well appointed. The only negative is TV viewing. The TV is internet capable and all viewing is by streaming. You need to use your own streaming services. The bandwidth on the internet could be faster for streaming.
